Everything was fine but they forgot to give us an expensive chocolate and we had a big order so we can’t check all the small thing it was very disappointing. ☹️☹️☹️????? really missed out on a five star rating because of the workers incompetence. ? ? see pictures below as proof of no chocolate

Our family recently visited Kilwin’s in Jupiter, FL, and had a pleasant experience overall. The ice cream was definitely the highlight of my visit. The flavors were rich and creamy, with a wide variety to choose from. Each scoop was delicious and satisfying, making it a great treat on a hot day.
The staff were also commendable. They were friendly, attentive, and quick to serve, which made the visit enjoyable. Their warm and welcoming attitude added a nice touch to the overall experience.
However, there were a few drawbacks. The prices were a bit high for the portion sizes, and the shop was quite crowded, which made it a bit difficult to enjoy the ambiance. Additionally, the seating area was limited, which could be inconvenient during peak times.
Overall, while there are some areas for improvement, Kilwin’s offers excellent ice cream and friendly service. It’s a nice spot for a sweet treat, but be prepared for the higher prices and potential crowds.

The ice cream and the chocolate no flavor at all and the lady really nice but I’m really upset wit everything else for $ 27 it Lowkey not worth it, really upset about it… :(That this point wish I got my money back at this point I I even pick the the top 3 too

I love the little chocolate truffles, the variety is fantastic, so I'm willing to pay premium. I am very much into ice-cream, but the ice-cream flavors are kept in unappetizing plain white buckets. It feels like they are getting the ice-cream at some cheap bulk supplier. Pass.

So disappointing...a small cup of ice cream was $9.42 what??? And then tip on top of that ..at least the 2 guys behind the counter were nice. The guy here that wrote about the 10.00 milkshake I think we got ripped off...not worth it.
