Morgan and her team were extremely kind and helpful from when we walked in, the Ice Cream was delicious and the chocolate selection was massive!!! Will definitely be returning :)❤️

THE WORST ice cream cakes and customer service ever! And they certainly lost a customer today. I would highly recommend going somewhere else if you need a birthday cake. My family and I paid $55 for an ice cream cake and they certainly ripped us off. The worker, Morgan told us the cakes were fresh and would serve 8 people and when we came back to pick it up I was in shock with what she presented us. The “cake” was the size of my palm and was FREEZER BURNT. There were actual ice chips on it!!! (See picture below) SHE TRIED to write happy birthday on it and it looked like a two year old did it. Her and her partner Penny should be completely embarrassed of their products AND customer service after they told us “you haven’t even tried it yet” and would not give us a refund. …The cake looked inedible to say the least. And on top of it, all of their ice cream tubs in their cases were melting!!! We went to publix and got a bigger and beautiful cake for HALF THE PRICE ! I cannot believe how rude these “owners” were to unsatisfied customers and would not even offer to give us a different. They should be ashamed and I will be reaching out to Kilwins directly.

I went to kilwins and was delighted with the service. A young chap named Evan was very patient as I was decided what ice cream flavor to get. His positive attitude honestly made my day. Also the ice cream was delicious as you can see from the picture (I ate it all)!! 😋 he also gave me an application to work at kilwins when I told him I was looking for a job. I definitely recommend going to kilwins for great ice-cream and for Evan. Next time I come im getting the Dubai style chocolate truffles 😋😋😋 and im going to make sure Evan is working when I come

I was really craving ice cream late at night, and shot over to this spot about five minutes before they closed. I know that’s typically not ideal for workers for closing purposes, but Ashley was very nice regardless. She gave me a generous portion of cake batter ice cream and it was delicious! I highly recommend this spot for great ice cream and even greater service! Thank you Ashley.

This is the BEST ice cream & chocolate shop in town! I love the customer service they provide. Every time I have family from out of town, I make sure this is a stop. I know I will always have the most freshly made products with the highest quality. Every time I go in, everyone is so friendly. 10/10 would recommend!

We been going to Kilwins for years and probably spend most of life eating explains our sweet tooth. Anyways giving 1 star not because of Ice cream but the way we were treated and service. My hand was full with kids hoodie, left over food, my bag, phone and 2 kids keep asking for ice cream. The young guy behind counter gave my son ihis ce cream without wiping sides while l was giving my 2nd child ice cream and my son ice cream was spilling on the side and the guy behind counter didn’t wipe the cup. The entire cup fell on the floor and when I went to the register he charged us for the spilled ice cream. Usually if it was dropped before you pay then they shouldn’t charge but that was not the problems. This guy charged us and when I said oh you going to charge me he came back with sarcastic remarks saying oh you didn’t pay for these other ice cream either too and shrug his shoulder like saying that I don’t care. I was in shock that such a young gentleman can be so rude to me. So moving forward I will not be going here and will go 30 miles out if I have Kilwins craving. Terrible service and only reason I am writing review is for store manager to see his attitude. Please feel free to reach out to me and I will delete this review. I want the manager to be aware that these young kids are ruining the business with their attitude. I believe his name was Evan. Sat Mar 22nd - around 7:20ish pm.
Kind of expensive, but hot damn, that turtle cheesecake ice cream was good.
