We dined at Lewis steakhouse last night for my father’s birthday- we were all made to feel super special & loved. Rhonda was over the top knowledgeable & attentive. Our porterhouse steak was the best steak we ever ate. We will be back soon

Steak lovers you will not be disappointed! This is a classic steakhouse with a twist. Order a cowboy ribeye to share add a 6 piece nigiri and make your own surf & turk. Add foie butter to any steak… last hot tip… $100 bottle of 1 L Caymus during happy hour - a must! And ask for Brian - he rocks!

Overpriced, stuffy, mgmt doesn’t seem to care much if you’re happy or not.

We had a great time at Lewis Steakhouse for our anniversary dinner! Michelle, our waitress, was fantastic and gave great recommendations! Our steak was cooked to perfection and the brussel sprouts were just as good. Would highly recommend!

Just an fyi if you are part of their “rewards program” and you do your birthday here, they offer a bogo $50 steak. But what they don’t tell you is if you decide to spend your bday here and take them up on that offer they charge you a “birthday gratuity”. Depending on what you spend it will negate the bogo offer. And charging somebody to spend their bday at your establishment is real sketch stuff. The gratuity also gets taken prior to the $50 discount.

Lewis Steakhouse may sit quietly in Chasewood Plaza, looking modest from the outside, but step through the door and the scene changes entirely. Do not judge this book by its cover. Inside, it leans into the timeless language of a great American steakhouse. Think warm lighting, rich woods, and that low hum of contented conversation that tells you the kitchen is doing something right. It is classic in all the best ways, without a single gimmick in sight.

Service follows suit. The staff are friendly, helpful, and impressively informative, striking that sweet spot between polished and personable. Special credit to our server, Rich, who treated the evening like a celebration and made sure every question had an answer and every recommendation had a reason. One of the loveliest touches was the tableside presentation of steak and dessert options before we ordered. There is something both charming and reassuring about seeing exactly what is headed for your plate before you commit.

Start with the bone marrow. It is an absolute must, gloriously rich and deeply flavorful, the kind of dish that silences a table for a moment while everyone nods appreciatively. You may want to plan on two servings, not because you are greedy but because you will be once you taste it. For the main event, the porterhouse for two arrived cooked to perfection and sliced for display right on the plate. I love when a kitchen does this. You instantly see that perfect cook temperature, and the first slice needs no guesswork, only a fork.

The bar is not merely an accessory here. The Green Goddess cocktail is bright and herbaceous, a clever counterpoint to all that steakhouse decadence, while the smoked old fashioned arrives with drama and delivers with depth. Finish with the classic cheesecake, a textbook example of why certain desserts never go out of style. It is creamy, clean, and exactly what you want at the end of a steak dinner.

Everything about this meal was spot on. From the old school ambiance to the attentive service to the confident cooking, Lewis Steakhouse in Jupiter, Florida delivers the full experience. I would recommend it to anyone and fully intend to return for many more meals. And one more nod to Rich, who made the evening feel special in all the right ways.

I really wanted to like this place... but I had a bad experience and won't be coming again.
We ordered the porterhouse for 2, medium rare. It came out medium/ well done...
Upon pointing it out to our waiter, they offered us free dessert. I got the creme brulee... It was curdled.
Then when we were ready to leave and the restaurant quieted down... we could hear tapping noises in the ceiling, accompanied with visible moving dents.... my guess is rats. I also guess they know cause our waiter pretended to not hear it.
