I haven’t had the chance to visit the shop yet, but I did have a recent interaction with the owner and was really impressed by his professionalism and the pride he takes in running his small business. Absolutely wild that they still are complaining about staffing issues as a reason why you can't just walk up and order food overall poor service. Bagel was dry. Not clear why people like this place
