Nice people, but maybe the worst service of any McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They gave me a 4 piece instead of a 6 piece McNugget, fries instead of apple slices, and forgot to put in the cheeseburger I ordered. LOL

I wouldn’t recommend this location to my worst enemy. Waited for over 25 mins while I noticed nearly a dozen workers and yet only one was working. The rest just stand around talking and don’t even help people in that 20 min time frame. This place has got to be hemorrhaging money. Management or executives need to do their magic and deal with this pathetic excuse for a McDonalds.

Let's start with going through the drive-thru and listening to somebody heavily breathe through the intercom while I ordered which forced me to repeat my order three times. Only to get to the window to then sit there for 10 minutes to get my order which was wrong. To go inside and speak to the woman that just gave me the bag of food in the drive-thru to tell her that I was missing a cheeseburger in which she looked directly at me heard me and then walked away. She then went back to bagging orders for the drive-thru and made no mention of it to anybody and then pretended that I wasn't standing there. So after standing there for about 10 minutes the woman who took my order on the drive through who was heavily breathing came over and I had to interrupt what she was doing since she looked at me and ignored me to tell her that I was missing something for her to go get it for me. Then when I got back in my car my french fries were ice cold.... I know I'm not asking a lot by going to McDonald's but really....

For some reason their Sausage Egg McMuffins are the freshest.. softest .. most savory from any other McDonald’s ... like freshest made to order overtime i go there ... Seriously they are doing something right at this McDonald’s... been to many traveling ... I only get Sausage egg mcmuffins .. and these rank #1

Pulled up to grab a quick snack. Empty drive through speaker area, pull up and wait about 20 seconds, someone pops in to say hold on a second. Another car pulls up, they take their order and that car pulls up. I’m still sitting there. Ended up being about 3 minutes of just sitting there, 2 mins into this, car behind me backs up and pulls up to other empty speaker. I ended up just leaving. Not worth the small fry I was trying to order, and I won’t be swinging back through again. There’s another 5 mins away, so that’ll be where my fam goes from now on. Whats 2 mins more for actual service?

I'm sure that they don't even read these revues, but just in case. There was only one other person in the drive through line. He must have had a difficult order, or they were friends, because they sat and talked to him for 15 minutes while I waited. If someone has a hard order have them pull into a parking spot and have them wait while you take others waiting for simple orders. I finally just pulled out of line and left. It's just common sense customer service.
Stopped for breakfast before work one morning. I was waiting in line for five minutes while customer service took the person who came after me and the other line 1st. I also already had a mobile order put in and paid for so all I needed was the food. I then got upset as I’m waiting there seeing people being taken before me I start to get aggravated and say hello hello hello nobody answers then I start getting a little louder. Nobody answers again. I then began to pull back and go into the other Line. Someone then finally answered so I pull back up and then they tell me about oh why are you yelling don’t be yelling Before acknowledging me saying hello or telling me to hold on a minute or anything at all never be back. This was a Monday morning. a.m. Workers on duty not customer service service friendly at all And people need to get to work.

I dont eat fast food. My grand daughter wanted chicken nuggets from mcdonald, so I took her there. We had to self order thru a kiosk. One of the attendeds was scolding some patrons. It was a mess there

New to the area and Drive Through is 0 and 2 so far on order accuracy. Same girl at window both times. This is costing me money and affecting my food experience. Management needs to correct this and train this girl better. Second time today I ordered two apple pies with my meal and received two packs of sliced apples. $4 I paid for this mistake!

the manager was very rude very bad service she refused to give my brother a water drink and she kicked us out stating “we closing” when it was 9:00PM. Corporate do better she does not deserve this job if she’s going to act like that toward costumers.DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!
