The younger haitian lady working the 2nd window was about the most rude person I've ever dealt with at any fast food restaurant. Before I even pulled up she had the bad out of the window and as soon as I took it slams the sliding window shut. Told her I needed honey mustard and salt. Basically throws it at me and slams the window shut again. After it al just said there's no reason to be rude and she just rolled here eyes and slammed the window again. What did I do you you lady other then say yes ma'am no ma'am and thank you and then you wa t to act like that? Its pathetic. Get your employees right McDonald's... 🙄😑

Hash browns were stuck to the inside of the bag...oil dripping off everything not drained the worst ever...lol I thought that had a rack thay put them on to drain extra oil so there crispy.

I was waiting for a cashier for like 10 min just to pay and nobody attended me. I call someone and she ignores me, I'm foreign and in my state at least ask you if you need anything. I give one star but they deserved nothing.

Trash was all over the place and desperately needed to be emptied, the bathrooms were gross and needed cleaning, they messed up my order and it took over 10 minutes waiting in the restaurant before anyone even acknowledged me standing there. Do not recommend.

Went in to order and was skipped and 2 people who came in 5 minutes after me were served their food first I tried to talk to the manager and let her know that I had been waiting and was skipped with others coming in after me and getting food first. She sighed at me and ignored me and walked away. Wost customer service I've her experienced. You might want to re staff

I dont expect much from McDs but fast food. It took close to 20 minutes for a chicken nuggets meal. This place moved all staff to attend car through window. Only one person attends in person customers. In addition, they did not provide straws or napkings.

We’ve just visited this McDonald’s on what is sadly our way home to the UK ending an awesome visit to Florida. Our experience in the restaurant really cheered us up - despite us being sad we are ending our holiday.
Whilst we were in this McDonalds, there was an employee working really really hard whilst dressed up as a portion of fries.
Now I’ve been to McDonald’s all over Europe and the US and this lady was the hardest working employee I’ve ever had the pleasure to come across. She was offering help to everyone who came in whilst; was taking people’s finished trays for them; and even bending down to pick up small bits of litter.
As I left the restaurant I thanked the lady but I hope by writing on here she may get some recognition from her colleagues/management.
