The guys at this time are the best. The place was crowded and maintained a high quality service. I washed my hands in the restrooms and it was pretty clean. Mc Donald's' probably the best franchise to eat. I'd love to get one McGold card one day.

This is a very clean McDonald's. The service is faster than any of the other McDonald's I've been to in North Palm Beach. They always get my order right too. There is always a clean place to sit down. I never stop anywhere else. I drove past two McDonald's getting to this one

when you use a coupon code and the store has a promotion they forced you to use the stores promotion. I ordered two small fries and a McChicken and I had a free McChicken coupon. They forced me to use their promotion that was buy one small fry and get another small fry for a dollar. Why did I have to use their promotion that was only for a dollar when I could've been using my promotion that I earned for $3.50? They are ripping people off with these so-called in store promotions. had a coupon to use McDonald's should be telling me which coupon I can use in which coupon I did it when I told the staff I want to use the McChicken coupon. They told me the only way to do that was not by small fries that makes absolutely no sense to do better
The whole point of fast food is for it to be fastā¦ Tell me how I ordered a small fry and a double cheeseburger and had to sit in a parking spot forever in a day with two screaming crying kidsā¦ The Girl at the food window had a nasty attitudeā¦ And the whole thing was just absurdā¦ I will definitely be driving out of my way to literally any other McDonaldās than this one

If I can rate it 0 I would. The customer service was terrible tonight. 9/30 at 8:20pm. Idk what lady was working the drive through but very rude. Took my order for 2 things, told me she would be back. Took the other persons order before me, even tho I was there before him. Comes back to me, continued my order but keeps asking if thatāll complete my order, I told her multiple times that I was adding a few items. I then can hear her telling the guy his total. Comes back to me and says ācan you complete your orderā with an attitude. I wasnāt even done but at that point, I didnāt even want to speak to her anymore so I asked what my total was and to complete the order. She didnāt say anything and ignored me. So I pulled up to the window and she was literally talking about me. To her coworker. Didnāt acknowledge me. Had her back to me the entire time. Talking about me. Iām sorry but if you canāt stand having to repeat yourself, you donāt need to work there. Find a new job. The coworker that she was speaking to about me, then leans over and looks at me. I nodded in disappointment and drove off. Everyone there is normally nice when I come. Looks like itās new staff. That girl needs to be fired
