Food was fine, but the staff made no effort to help when I mistakenly ordered from the wrong location. I asked if they could honor the mobile order, but was met with rudeness and repeated dismissals. What should’ve cost $1.07 through the app ended up being $5.89 in person, with attitude included. I wasn’t asking for much, just basic courtesy. Won’t be returning to this location.

This is, by far, the nicest, cleanest, most efficient McDonald's I've ever been in. The staff were all smiling, the order time was quick and the food was hot and fresh. Kimberley whom took my order was absolutely delightful. I cannot praise this McDonalds enough for their team effort. I highly recommend and would return .

Well I went into order and nobody acknowledged me for over 5 minutes. In fact I hardly saw anybody but one employee in there while I stood at the counter. I finally left and had to go through the drive-thru to get service. What I saw in the drive through was absolutely disgusting. I saw one of their maintenance people standing on top of what looked like an ice cream machine. He was standing right on the serving area of the machine with his nasty dirty shoes on instead of using the ladder that was right there. I told the employee I hope he plans on sanitizing that whole machine after walking all over it with his shoes. Absolutely disgusting. And by the way thank you for not even wrapping my sandwich in the wrapping paper but just throwing it in there to where I had to actually put my damn sandwich together myself. Absolutely lazy.

Overall, this McDonald’s is exactly what you’d expect—consistent food, not the best customer service, but generally in line with the chain’s standards. However, the real issue here is the drive-thru. It’s hands down the worst of any fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. It’s near impossible to drive through with a large vehicle . If you’re in a hurry, you’re better off going inside or choosing another location altogether.
