Employees need to learn how to speak up and tell guests that their children cannot run around the dining room screaming at the top of their lungs like wild, feral animals. Completely ruined the dine in experience. This is not a playground and when one trips and busts their teeth out of their mouth, they will learn when they are hit w a massive lawsuit. Im hoping for it honestly. Ridiculous. Franchise owner take heed.. or dont.

McDonald’s is a moderately good place but I’m speaking from a former employee my self who worked for a year and I am genuinely ashamed and disappointed seeing one of the red hairs since I only saw two who did have red hair, give an attitude to my cousin who approached her very politely since we were missing 1 large and 1 small fry in our order, after throwing a fit she only said “I made our order for you” when we ordered on the kiosk?telling us an excuse. Honestly I’m genuinely disappointed and perhaps employees and managers need better training and communication with each other I feel bad and as a former employee because must say this once again we satisfy the customer as a worker and should be a friendly and respectful environment for fellow workers which I did see one unfortunately get yelled at for… no good reason? He handed me the bag and was polite. Also workers and customers definitely should not not instantly jump to negative attitudes. In the end we walked out with no compensation and got scammed of well over 8 dollars or more.
Please do better
To you who must call out due to the attitude against my cherished cousin who had to come back inside alone, I wish you no ill will but I wouldn’t be surprised if you changed the color of your hair to avoid this complaint. Yes in the moment we ordered there were two people I saw and both of these women had red hair. One of them are clearly not involved but one definitely was and gave poor service.

Don’t waste your money on a large fry. Just order the small, you get more anyways. Clearly someone lacked sense here.. either employees on drugs or they’re demented. Not sure how you could even give this out

The kid with glasses and no common sense at the register refused to take my order. Apparently, it's store policy to force customers to use the kiosk.. I told him that I was paying cash and would just have to return to the counter anyway. He refused and called it store policy. There were no other customers at the counter, in line, or behind me, he's standing there at the register telling me that he cant take my order .. I went over to the kiosk and he literally stood there from the counter and watched me order thru the kiosk while doing absolutely nothing else but making comments to me about it being store policy (the entire time I was ordering) Seriously, standing there at the register watching me order, waiting for me to come back to the counter with my cash... Make it make sense. Lazy with no common sense, go work at JF MCDonalds, you'll fit right in.

It's very clean, but your order is guaranteed to be wrong, cold, or old. The atmosphere is not great. It's kind of racist and don't get me wrong, It's not the staff it's the customers. The staff is always in a hurry so check your food before you leave.

Truly disappointed. The kiosks barely work and are frustrating. The employees here, honestly, lack basic common sense. Expect your order to take much longer than other McDonald's locations and expect it to be sub-par. Fast food is not a difficult job, but watching them spaz out over whether or not pickles belong on a burger is just ...... it shows you how far down in intelligence human beings have come. I can't wait for tesla bots so I can get a fast and reliable order again.

This used to be my Fav McDonald's but staffing has gone way way downhill. The food is just as it has always been, Bad for you but super convenient, pricing is higher than the quality. I wish I could say I do not go there but.....its quick
