Lunch today was a Completely raw burger and they still charged us for it. How unprofessional and unsanitary. Called to speak to a manager and they don’t even answer the phone.

The portions have definitively gotten ridiculously tiny…22$ for a mountain melt i would expect some chicken tenders bigger than my girls finger…alot of restaurants have raised prices and reduced the size of the meal but whatever as long as ppl keep coming they wont change anything.
It's a chain it's like all the other ones this one's a little more friendlier though

The older guy with the tiny pony tail chomping on gum the entire time, was so rude that I will not return. He did not gently put the food on the table, it was slung.it. I remember eating there a few months ago and was less than impressed. I eat at a millers in Fort Myers and I always get a soup and salad and he said where do you see soup and salad so I pointed to him where it was, it said Soup & Salad. He treated me like I was stupid and I didn’t appreciate being humiliated like that.

Like all Miller Ales the place is dark and very outdated the food was not as hot or fresh as hoped service was excellent but if Millers wants to attract more than a bar crowd they need a new healthy menu and brighter interior the ribs tasted like they were in a holding booked for two days.
