I ordered a hamburger from Millers Ale House on doordash cuz I was hungry lol, and I was excited to eat my food. I opened the box to see that my hamburger still had the wax paper, that comes on the bottom of raw hamburger patty's, stuck on it. The chef cooked my hamburger with the paper still on it. Seasoned it with the paper still on it. Put it on the bun, with the paper still on it. That's crazy lol. And I don't like being annoying and leaving reviews but this was necessary.

I called for a order to go. I thought I was talking to someone in the restaurant but as it turns out it was a off site answering service. I could not understand the young man who took my call. I managed to make my order and had to pay by card in advance. When I got to the restaurant I asked where three call was answered. The young lady said it was out of the country. WHHAAATTTT. I just gave my info to who knows who. I will eat at the Ale House but I will not call in a order to go again.

I think they changed the zingers. They were over breaded and kind of gross. Don't mess with the zingers they molded ale house. Jack Miller is probably rolling over in one of his corvettes.... RIPParking: If you make me pay or valet I ain't coming no more.

Great customer service! The manager, Matt, went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. We will definitely be back. The food was good and at a great price.
I'm not sure if this is a one-off event, but we ordered an appetizer , kids cheeseburger onion soup and a salad. The burger came out in 5 minutes. The waitress got me a second beer then was off to tables on the patio. AND THAT WAS IT. we never got any other food. Eventually, I was able to flag down the waitress and got the check. When I asked about our food. She said "I wondered why you weren't eating anything" She only put in part of the food ordered. She never came back to the table. I left a tip anyway. First time this ever happened to me. Food we got was good.
