I have had special cupcakes from Nina’s on Easter a few years ago and Mother’s Day this year. They were not only creative, but delicious. My daughter recently ordered some for my birthday. The cupcakes were horrible. Icing was too sweet and too much, the cake part was lacking in taste and minimal. So disappointed. Not sure if they were made ahead of time and left in the freezer or the receipt has changed, but I will not get cupcakes from here again. Plus, the cost of $6 for each cupcake with too much icing and little cake was overpriced.
My daughter’s birthday cake was not only the most beautiful and impressive looking cake but was THE very best I have ever had. And birthday cake is my thing so I have had a lot. It was also gluten free and tasted like heaven anyone would enjoy.

We go to Nina’s every birthday.
We love the environment and they’re always happy and ready to help you and we can’t wait for her to win a baking championship.
We love you guys.

I've been patronizing this place for about 4 years now. I had a terrible experience with several places and Nina's was top tier! Their baked goods are amazing! When ever I have an event everyone always asks if I'm getting my desserts from Nina's. The customer service is excellent!

Wouldn't feed this garbage to a dog. Terrible.
Today, I made a deal with my daughter, and as part of it, I owed her a cupcake. While we usually go to Small Cakes for their delicious variety of flavors, I thought trying the cupcake vending machine at Nina’s might be a fun change for her. Unfortunately, the experience was a letdown.
My daughter enjoyed using the vending machine, but it was frustrating to see that most flavors weren’t available. As someone who likes to see the cupcakes before buying, I went inside the store, hoping for a better selection, but was disappointed again. Like the vending machine, the in-store options were limited. Despite this, I decided to purchase a half dozen mini cupcakes for the kids.
At the same time I walked in, three young adults entered behind me and kindly said, “You go first while we decide.” I began placing my order, but when I went to pay, the man behind the counter was unexpectedly rude. He made a comment about me being in a rush, which took me by surprise because I wasn’t. Concerned that I had unintentionally given the wrong impression, I apologized and asked if I seemed rushed. His response was, “No, you cut those people, so you must have been in a rush,” while giving me an aggressive stare. I explained, “Oh, they said I could go ahead while they were deciding,” but he insisted that I had cut in line and must have been rushed. He raised an eyebrow and tilted his head in a manner that felt intimidating. His hostile attitude and unfriendly behavior left me with a bad taste in my mouth—not just about the cupcakes, but the entire bakery.
I was shocked and horrified by the poor customer service. With much better options like Small Cakes in town, I don’t see why anyone would choose Nina’s with their limited, plain flavors and mediocre icing. While I know losing my business might not matter to them, I hope others read this review and think twice about where they spend their money when it comes to satisfying sweet cravings. Whether it’s for holidays, gifts, birthday parties, or just treating yourself, this is not a place I would recommend. I’d much rather support a business that truly values its customers. Take a moment and read the snippy responses from the owner or her husband. This will give you great insight into the type of people who run this business.

My husband, daughter and I stopped to try some cupcakes from the vending machine. Sadly, I Don't think this baker changes them out regularly. We got 2 boxes with 2 regular size cupcakes. 1. Lemon flavor and 1. Coconut flavor. They looked pretty but we couldn't eat them. My daughter kept saying she thought they were frozen. Upon closer inspection, they were OLD AND ROCK HARD. So we spent 16.00 for 4 rock hard cupcakes. This barker should be absolutely ashamed of herself. To have a great idea like a vending machine while simultaneously not caring that she's selling extremely overpriced cupcake shaped rocks! I considered going back to get my money back but I never want to look people like this woman in the face. She knows when she puts that trap in those machines and how long her cup cakes should last. She doesn't put dates on the boxes bc she clearly wants your money more then your business. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!
A MUST STOP!!! OMG! The best bakery around. Stop and get a cake, and a small or large cupcake.
If their closed use the self serving KIOSK.

I really enjoyed the cupcakes (Red Velvet & Cookies n' Cream) that I received yesterday. I'm not really into sweets that much, but it was the right amount for me.

We picked up an eight count assorted cupcakes from the outside vending machine. Paid sixteen dollars for eight bites split between two people. Icing on the cupcakes left greasy film in mouth, cupcakes were dry as if they had been under a fan for hours before being finished. The coconut and sprinkle icing had a tinge of sourness to it. The chocolate and peanut butter icing was hard to taste over the dry cupcakes. Perhaps the product from inside is better.

Several custom designed cupcakes for birthdays turned out great and tasted awesome. All guests enjoyed . Ingredients seem top quality and always on time and ready for pick up when they say. Kind when dropping in for a few cupcakes. Like that they have mini and full size. excited for their vending machine option. Thanks!
