Found this hidden gem, in a low key plaza in Jupiter. Walking in with no expectations, I was quickly blown away from the friendliness and attentive service. The music was also a hit, as it was a soft 90s alternative vibe. I ordered the mucho gusto tequila, and it was exceptional. We ordered the red curry with shrimp and was in awe at the presentation and combination of flavors. The sushi was also superb. Will be returning. Recommend this for a low key, classy date night.

Nitrogen is easily within the top 5 favorite meals for both my husband and I! We ALWAYS get the same thing (it’s that good)… the 8 oz Filet with glazed bacon and wild mushroom Brussel sprouts and garlic mashed potatoes with this amazing sake burre blanc dipping sauce! I can’t even describe how delicious it is!!We can’t really speak for any of the other food, but the Filet is phenomenal! We aren’t big on the deserts, but who needs one after that meal?!

I took a couple of out-of-town friends here on a Friday night based on recommendations from some Jupiter locals. Unfortunately, the experience proved quite awful based on the atrocious service and highly embarrassing to me. When we sat down, our server immediately let us know she was having a bad day, which obviously wasn't a good start. Of the food that we ordered, and which actually made it to the table, it was good. That is, we did not receive half of what we ordered. We also couldn't get knives/forks, so we had to grab some flatware from another table. The hostess wasn't helpful either and the manager disappeared, so we couldn't ask for his intervention.

Food was superb! Good portion sizes and at good prices. Small restaurant space with big flavor! Full bar makes up some delicious cocktails.

Bad experience. As soon as our server, Kelsey, greeted us, we said, how are you? She said, not having a good day. After her shift at Longhorn steakhouse, and her hour drive to this restaurant, she just really wasn't in a good mood. That really set the stage for the rest of the evening. Other tables got their food before us, so we think she simply forgot to fire our food. She absolutely forgot to fire an appetizer, which they then took off the bill and sent home with us. Entrées were way late. When the food runner served us our appetizers, we asked for chopsticks and a spoon to share the Caesar salad. He disappeared. We then saw him cleaning tables elsewhere, with a bottle of disinfectant and rag. He never returned. We never need to return to this restaurant. It was one of our worst dining experiences in months. Most of the food was decent. The yellowtail jalapeño appetizer was very sad. The fish was good, but the preparation was bad with no sauce or flavor. It was actually comical that two people at the bar were saving three additional seats for over 40 minutes. At least four couples tried to sit at the bar, and these people saving the seats told them the seats were taken. no bartender or server tried to accommodate the people trying to sit. I can't believe these two people got away with saving seats for over 40 minutes. At least that was our entertainment for the night. I always say, would I go back here? Hell no. There are plenty of other better restaurants around. Food gets three stars. Service gets one star.

This place is awesome. Particularly the bartender known as Lexi. A consummate professional. Her drink recipe repertoire is second to none. Any cocktail is but an ask away. Always cordial, her demeanor requires a return visit on multiple occasions. She is super friendly and equally appealing to the eye. So grab a handful of friends and stop by Jupiter's own Nitrogen bar and ask for Lexi. You will not be disappointed.

Food is good. Service terrible. Bartender taking multiple shots in the hour I was there. Horrible attitudes from staff. Bartender complaining about multiple issues that should have been kept to self. Servers standing around the bar vaping. Screaming babies, the hostess had her kid there while she was “working”. The food was good but atmosphere and service is awful! Took over 15 minutes to even get acknowledged at the bar. The wait for food was very long. Was told all the tables were “reserved” the wait would be 1 hour. The entire time there at the bar there were multiple open tables. Overall not a good experience. The owner needs to take this business seriously and not run it into the ground. Could be a good spot if it was ran better.

An upscale (pricey) bar that also serves food. Food is fine. Service moves at a glacial pace due to a constipated kitchen. Very noisy.

Ate an early dinner. After we ordered we saw that other tables were given happy hour menus but we weren't. I would have liked to order an $11 sushi roll off the happy hour menu but because I did not know it was happy hour we got $20+ sushi rolls.Sashimi pizza did not taste fresh.Nitrogen roll was good but overpriced.Edename was super tastyShrimp tempura roll was great

We visited on a Tuesday night around 8pm. The bar was busy but dinning area was not. Our waitress was super nice but slightly messed up our order. She then gave us some sushi that turned out to be fabulous. We had an appetizer of shishito peppers and they were sweet and savory. We also had seaweed salad and it was wonderful, not too sweet and came with interesting accompaniments. For dinner we ordered the Jupiter Roll and also got the spicy tuna roll, both were fresh and tasty. I was disappointed because I ordered the seafood ramen and it came out WAY after the other food, so I was already full and it was late. But the soup was beautiful and the broth was delicious. The price was commensurate with the quality of food. We will go back!

I've given this place 3 chances but it always finds a way to strike out with service and seriously long wait times from the kitchen. One time they were completely out of sake (hot and cold both!), and our server was high. She looked high, she acted high and when we jokingly asked her about it she said she "smoked up" before her shift. The place is always at 50% capacity when I happen to be there so I've got no clue why the servers are consistently inattentive or why the kitchen can't get it together. Too bad because the sushi is decent and the wagyu burger is pretty great, but I won't be back.
