Go here (Tequesta) for fresh daily made icecream (cinnamon wafer cone with rainbow sprinkles in my new go to) and there are many unique flavors....the texture is soft and it reminds me of gelato. My new favorite ice cream is the cinnamon! Used to be coconut/banana but the cinnamon is unique and off the hook! We come here every night after dinner right before 10pm. The scene is No frills and it has lots of interesting signs to read with pictures to look at. I really love their logo. There is also a mini kids bench that must be a sturdy antique because they don't make benches like this anymore. It held about 400 lbs with two adults surprisingly! It's a fun place to sit eat your ice-cream and people watch if the adult seats are all taken. The service is a mixed bag and that's why I'm dropping a star. First I feel really bad because the staff has to take out each container to scoop the ice-cream which seems really inefficient and annoying. The line would go faster if they used the containers that lock automatically in the freezer but perhaps they couldn't fit all the delicious flavor options? They also have a free water station which I think every icecream store should have because who isn't thirsty after eating ice-cream? If I recall correctly on Wednesdays there is a 25 y/o female with a big personality that had us all laughing in line...she recommended her favorite flavor cinnamon. Let's call her "chatty Kathy" and note that she is an asset to this establishment. 6 months ago in August when we came the owner was very nice and engaged in conversation and we decided this was our new favorite go to ice-cream spot. We even tried the other Palm Beach ice-cream location but kept coming back to this one. This one usually results in some interesting conversation with the locals. This time around the owner seemed stressed as she was training someone new. They took a teaspoon of sprinkles off our ice-cream and put it back because it weighed too much. I get it that there's a p&L but your customers want good portions and toppings and don't want to be nickle and dimed. Also, it's not a good look to put product back to serve after it's been in someone's plate even if they didn't touch it yet. A suggestion could be to lose the scale and perhaps hire a manger because Chatty Kathy really has an engaging personality and is a gem to this establishment. Then again on Friday we came in and there were two young adults working and they were cool, generous and the music was pumping! People come for the good vibes, smiles and good ice-cream. I bet you would sell a lot more volume if the portions and toppings were always generous and plentiful. My favorite ice-cream store in LBI puts toppings in the bottom on your cup and on top of your ice-cream. They have about 14 smiling high energy young people that work there, give really large portions, have fair pricing and the line is always around the block!

This ice cream is the best in palm beach county... I grew up with this so I might bias. It's smooth and creamy. I love the vanilla chip. It's not like chocolate chip ice cream. It's the best. Idk why the stars are so low. But it's clean has nice service and you can try samples...

1. Mediocre ice cream that immediately melted as soon as the guy handed it to me. A disaster until I had had enough and threw it away. 2. $25 for 4 cones, $5 Tip . Completely ridiculous for single scoop cones ! Not even waffle cones ! Just dried out sugar cones. 3. Did the tip raise your testosterone so you BELLOWED out the word NO when I politely asked if you had bathrooms for PATRONS? 4. Is the building code not Applicable in this strip mall ?!? 456.3.2.1 Food service establishment shall be provided with adequate and conveniently located bathroom facilities for its employees and guests in accordance with provisions of the Florida Building Code, Plumbing. Public access to toilet facilities shall not be permitted through food preparation, storage, or ware washing areas. I want my tip back rude guy worker! I really wished I would have asked for the receipt - based on this experience I want to be sure I'm not also paying a premium for using a (gasp) credit card! Cuz it is only 2023! This place was a mess - we didn't even see a register or card reader!
