We enjoy the staff who are friendly and competent and give us good service. The staff is friendly because they see" US "3 times a week --throughout the year. The "US" is about a conference table full of senior softball players who meet for coffee every Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
I have tried to contact the marketing department on numerous occasions and have failed to get any response whatsoever. So I hoping I get some response from the Powers To Be through this venue.
This was my “grilled cheese with tomato and bacon” today... my 6 year old niece makes better grilled cheeses. Paid extra for the bacon and tomato. They used maybe a half slice of cheese on both sides, and somehow burned the cheese on the inside.
I have never received such bad service in my life. An employee named Britney hung up on my girlfriend and I after we picked up an order and called because there was a problem. I went to the store that night and tried to find out who hung u on us and she proceeded to give me the finger and shut the blinds so she can walk away.
