I think it’s overpriced for the quality but I tried a French onion soup there once and didn’t like it. VERY little cheese too. I thought I’d get a hot sandwich …turkey and cheese discussed how it’s heated in an oven with TWO EMPLOYEES and I wanted more than two little containers of chipotle mayo… in a small soup container so I can dip. I didn’t do Thanksgiving yesterday and when do I ever buy a cooked meal? They gave me a cold sandwich with less than the two mayos… in a soup container. Money back. If I just have to isolate myself and recover a bit from each blow (of regular incompetence or stupidity), so that maybe I can stay sane.

People sometimes wonder why businesses go under. I have seen an incredible declined in Panera bread. And here’s a great example. I was asked to use the kiosk instead of somebody taking my personal order. So Customer Service is a zero.
And then you get your normal pick a two that you haven’t had in a while, and it’s smaller portions, both in the soup and the sandwich. See photo.
Disappointed that cups bread everything has become small, smaller portions, yet the prices are higher.

I used to go to Panera all the time. I won't go anymore because the portions are so small and it's very expensive. I got a chicken sandwich and it had like 3 or 4 little chicken strips on it. It cost like $11 to eat this bread sandwich. No offense to the workers here. It's not your fault. Owners, get your act together. You lost a loyal customer. Trump's economy sucks.
The experience was disappointing from start to finish. The place feels extremely basic and lifeless, with no atmosphere or identity. The food is as simple as it gets and doesn’t justify the price in any way. Nothing stands out, and even the menu presentation is poor, with no visible or appealing options that invite you to order. It feels like a location that operates on autopilot, offering the bare minimum. Overall, it isn’t worth the visit and I wouldn’t recommend it.

I think I’m officially done with the Panera Bread in Jupiter, FL. I cancelled my Panera subscription a while ago because of constant issues at this location—slow service, wrong orders, missing food, and rude staff. But today, my kids were hungry and I gave them one more chance. I wish I hadn’t.
I placed my order 15 minutes before arriving and was given a 10:00 AM pickup time. When I got there, my order was still “prepping.” Meanwhile, the line was barely moving, people were giving up and switching to the kiosks, and the whole place just seemed… chaotic.
But here’s the part that really pushed me over the edge:
When my order finally showed as completed, it still didn’t come out. I saw a bag with my name put down behind the counter and politely asked if I could have it. The woman behind the counter (who I later learned was the manager, Megan) snapped at me and said, “I am speaking to a customer and don’t need to hear you.”
Excuse me?
As a paying customer, to be spoken to like that is disgusting. Especially by the manager. And the food? Lukewarm by the time we opened it.
And this wasn’t the first issue. There have been so many times where I’ve placed online orders, gotten home, and found items missing or made incorrectly. Every time I’d call to fix it, I’d sit on hold waiting for a manager… and then the call would eventually disconnect. No resolution. No follow-up. Just frustration.
At this point, I’m honestly not surprised the customer experience is this bad if the attitude at the top is what I experienced today.

I get an iced tea almost every day around the same time and always order through the app.
My biggest complaint is that 90% of the time I end up having to ask a team member for a cup. This is after the time it said it would be ready and a notification.
If im early, I watch as my name changes to order ready on the screen and still have to wait. Its a cup. I should be able to be in and out in less than 3 min.
Please dont mark it ready if its not available for me to grab and go.
Today, I once again walked out. Im tired of my time being wasted.
Other than this the service is great and friendly but I will be canceling my subscription.

Worst Panera I’ve ever been to in my entire life!!!! Food was dank, staff was rude , and absolutely disgusting lobby. Everytime I come here ,there always understaffed.I had to wait 15 minutes for DAMN DRINK !!!!! Please for your own good don’t come here. A true waste of property

Restaurantji Recommends
Food tastes ok but the restaurant suffers from typical societal issues. Walked in, not busy. No one at the counter to take an order. Just as I was leaving, someone shows. Paid in cash. Cashier rounded UP my bill so as not to give coins as changed. When questioned, couldn't calculate how much to give so just randomly gave me back a nickel. Manager floating around and seemingly oblivious. Too bad, because the food was very good.
Customer service is trash. Management is no help in stepping in and fixing problems. Food is McDonald’s quality but overpriced, not worth the attitude of the employees. Panera bread needs to step their standards up.

This place deserves better than a 3.8!!People in the future, please take a moment before leaving all 5 stars, one single 4star hurts their rating!! Just because one thing went wrong with YOUR order, image what that manager may be going through, with staff not showing, and God forbid if they have to re-make another person's order!! Leave 5, and your opinion it is heard or nothing. Excellent all around service from the great team at this location. Thank you guys!!
