We visited 3/29, and we were pretty disappointed unfortunately. The waitress had not a care in the world and the food runner was rude, just tossed the plates down and had a nasty attitude. The coconut shrimp was mediocre The gator was chewy and the batter had a weird aftertaste. The al pastor and chips + queso were decent but nothing to write home about. The best past was the street corn The tables on either side of us were also very unimpressed with the service, so I know it wasn’t just us.

We waited 30 minutes for a table and there were several tables available and we kept asking if we could get seated and were told we had to wait. We ordered guacamole and chips and the guacamole did not taste or look like it was freshly made there, it looked and tasted store bought. Our tacos were also cold. Very disappointed

Food is pretty good, had an empanada, al pastor & Barbacoa taco. Had a 30 minute wait. Empanada was amazing, they have a decent happy hour with $3.75 tacos. Will go back here again to try other things on the menu.
Parking: You can park at the plaza right next to them.

We came here on a recommendation as we traversed back to GA from the keys. It was an ok stop, and I'd give it another shot if I lived in the area, but wouldn't make a special stop here again.
The service was great! The friendly, smiling service staff made us feel very welcomed. Even the manager stopped by our table to ask how things were.
The atmosphere was quirky and fun. Nice little surf vibe that would have fit well in SoCal.
The food, unfortunately, was not that great. The meat in both the barbacoa and white gringa taco were sweet. Which made them very strange. The tuna was good but the tostada was small so it was more like eating tuna with a fork, then biting into the tostada.
Haven't been here in a while. Quickly remembered why once we did. Food is ok, but not really for the price in my opinion. Service was sub par. Once the order was taken we were all but ignored except when we had to force their attention for an issue (like no utensils or napkins, or that they forgot to put the sauces on the poke bowl).
It will probably be a while before I forget and try it again.

Cute spot, great atmosphere & the service was excellent. The food was good, I wouldn’t say it’s authentic, but nonetheless, good. The watermelon margarita was delicious, not too sweet. My favorite was the Mexican doughnuts

This place gives me major island vibes. Food is different , short rib empanadas and they put brussel sprouts in their tacos and burritos. Mexican donuts are great too
