I went to go visit my brother Mark in FL. He was always talking about his Pizza Hut pizzas when we spoke on the phone. So I was looking forward to finally having one :-) He has every reason to Love this place. Not only do Jocelyn and Jasmine treat him like family, but the rest of the team is very courteous and hard-working. To be truthfully honest, the pizza was Great!!!! Especially coming from Chicago. He always orders the pan Style with extra cheese and extra pepperoni. They do it justice! Well done Pizza hut!!!!

I ordered a veggie large pizza but before stoke to the lady working due to the last time my pizza was missing veggies and cheese. She rudely said that's how we make it. I got home and again I paid good money for bread. Will never go back!

I've been coming here for years for Pizza Hut cravings. Every year it seems to get worse. My last experience here was the absolute worst. Ordered my pizzas online, came to pick them up. I walk in the store and it seems completely dead with no employees. It's dark and looks dirty, but that could be the color scheme. An employee turns the corner and looks at me at the counter, then turns to the back. After calling for someone, another employee appeared out of what seemed thin air. I got my pizzas and left. I get home and open the pizza boxes. I got a plain cheese and a stuffed crust pizza with onion. The plain cheese was fine, but the stuffed crust was hard. Like rock hard. Parts of the pizza were inedible. It was like it was cooked the day before and left in the hot case for 24 hours or more. Completely dry. I called the store to complain the last time I ordered for the same reason - terrible, dried out, bad quality pizza. If I was issued a complimentary pizza, I'm just going to be disappointed again. It's a waste of my time for food that I can get way better quality from other places in town that I don't have to waste my time with this game. Cheap-er pizza where I have to waste an hour or two driving, calling, waiting etc isn't worth it.
I won't be returning to Pizza Huts ever. They're all going downhill, but this location seems to be one of the worst offenders. Not sure if that's a bias from this being my local store.

Ordered delivery. My pizza was not on pan crust!!! and was missing the pesto drizzle. Both pizzas were overcooked and dry. The Wings were pitifully small and scarce, in a giant box, why? The cinnamon breadsticks had almost no cinnamon. Very very disappointed.

I responded to a survey for this location and stated the service was unsatisfactory. That was a total mistake and I thought it was for a different location. I have recently actually changed to this location, which has been lovely and efficient.
it's so tiny and hot in there, they struggle with half pie orders, and i didn't think staff are allowed to help you unless you ring the tiny ring bell thing

There really is no “atmosphere”. It was a take-out only Pizza Hut. The woman was very friendly and courteous. She made a fantastic deep dish pizza!
