the gentleman at the counter with no front teeth is extremely unprofessional, and disrespectful. he was on his phone the whole time i was there waiting for an order that should have been ready 25 minutes prior. save your money, instead of getting crappy food and terrible service.

Food was good but the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Didn’t receive all of my order and the store hung up on me three times after being on hold for more than 10min each time. I called the district office to complain and was told I can only file a complaint on the website. In the meantime, we didn’t have enough food for our entire staff due to their error. My order was over $250, that’s not acceptable to treat customers they way we were treated. That’s the last time I will order from them.

I'm not usually a Pizza Hut person -- but, very pleasantly surprised here. The young lady at the counter was very helpful and friendly. And the pizzas were actually the best we've had in Jupiter. Good job.

I had a terrible experience at pizza hut. I placed an order by phone. A day later I received a survey online about my experience and answered truthfully. A few mintues later Jocelyn the manager at the local store called in an angry manner trying to intimidate me. She stated that the people answering the phone do not work for her store and never to say anything bad about my experience in the future regarding calling in an order. This location has gone down recently and very unprofessional. The pizza I did receive was overly sauced and not good. In my opinion not good at all.

We just ordered a Pizza , Cinnabon and cinnamon sticks . Everything tasted like it was 3 to 4 hours old. Delivery was good food no so much.
Fast and delicious, I was so starving and ordered my pizza, and the guy who worked brought to me outside in the parking lot

Ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks , 4 drinks and a veg pasta. 20 to 30 minute delivery time was 1 hour on a Tuesday night. I read the reviews and almost didn't order because of all the complaints. Always go with your gut! After 1 hour finally got my order only to find they forgot the breadsticks they charged me for. So I tried and tried to call and they wouldn't answer because they saw my number and knew what they did .So I grabbed my buddy's phone and guess what ,After me trying 10 times and getting disconnected and nobody would pick up mysteriously picked up my call 1st ring on my buddies phone.Said they would have the rest of my daughters order over in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later showed up. Awsome job! Keep up the great work.Ill not bother this pizza hut again.
