We were greeted as we walked in by Joel. He was extremely helpful and helping us decide what base we wanted to have in our bowls as we tasted almost all of them. Bowls came out fairly quickly, and overall, it was a great experience. Looking forward to coming back.

Absolutely love this place! Joel was very quick and helpful as this was my first time in here!
Playa Bowls corporate needs to visit this store, we waited over 30 minutes for 4 smoothies! Two other orders in front of us, also waited as long and very upset. Smoothies were terrible, watered down, lid was broken on one of the smoothies, and there were 4 people working behind the counter. This is the second bad experience we’ve had at this location, a sentiment echoed by the others waiting with us.

Been going here for a little over a year. The servers have changed a multitude of times and the experience has gone downhill. Orders are incorrect, wait times are longer than they should be. The girl making my bowl today had long thick hair and it was not pulled back. The bananas used in my bowl were dark brown over ripe bananas. The order had ingredients in it that did not belong. What the heck happened???Sadly, I will no longer be a customer.There are many other better options in the area for açaí bowls.
