Went in for a too good to go order and got 2 milk teas with no boba in them. The girl working the counter didnt speak to me once and was passive aggressive. I got the 2 milk teas in my order and thats it. I tried the milk teas and it was the worst tea ive ever had in my life by far. It tasted like dirty tea leaves and dishwater. I had to throw them both out because they were so disgusting

Yesterday was my first time visiting. On the doors, they had a poster advertising a BOGO free deal for boba drinks. I asked the cashier how I can redeem the deal, and she said that I had to download the app. The poster contained a QR code to download the app from the Apple App Store, but when I scanned it, the app did not exist. I returned to the cashier and asked if there is another way to redeem the offer, and she told me to go to the website and create an account. I navigated around the website looking for a link to do this, and it did not exist either. Finally, after about 10 minutes of being in the store and trying to access this offer, I asked the employee again, and she told me that I needed to pretend that I wanted to place an online order and only then the website would direct me to create an account. What a headache! The employees also told me that this was a common problem with both the app and the website and that it was frustrating to them, as well. I was finally able to create an account with the intent to redeem the BOGO free boba offer, but when rung up at the register, the offer was not available!! I had been in the store for 20 minutes at this point. Thankfully, a manager was able to override and apply the promotion manually, and I was able to purchase 2 boba drinks for the price of one… but when they finally came out, the taste was terrible! Both the passion fruit tea and the mango tea had an awful bitter aftertaste making them undrinkable. We threw both drinks in the trash after 2 sips and wrote the whole experience off as a very disappointing one! Would not recommend!

GREAT poke bowls but please for the love of god play some more modern pop music. These are all early 2000s hits and half the people coming in weren’t alive when these songs were released.

The miso ramen looked nothing like the picture. What I received for $30 was a lump of noodles with a pre-cooked chicken (probably store-bought ) and an overly marinated egg. I could make a better miso ramen myself using store-bought miso soup than the cold, unappetizing bowl I received. I will not be ordering again.

My two youngest love popping boba, and while I’m not the biggest fan, I enjoy taking them here as a fun treat. Poke and Go has a great variety of snacks and candies from Japan and beyond, which makes each visit feel like a mini adventure. A fun and unique stop for the whole family!
