Just ordered delivery. Got the Loaded tropichop with Chicken and pork it was amazing and the chicken cooked perfectly!! The Ropa vieja tostones were AMAZING!! and as usual the plantains were perfect!! I live in Broward and have a Pollo 2 minutes from my house but don't order because the quality and service is horrible!! This store even got all of my sauces correct and I order a bunch!! Like it saucy!!! I will definitely return when I am in Jupiter!!!

Very good and new items that were tasty - the pork quesadilla was very well done, savory. Service was great and place was vry clean -- note that nothing was self service including utensils, napkins, soda fountain or sauces. I used to love that sauce and topping bar ... but they were generous with sauces when asked!
Just go to the store and order your food. It's somehow ok to never have orders ready, doesn't matter what store it is. I ordered 40 mins ago and I'm at the store waiting for rice to cook??? It's pathetic behavior and a systemic issue in this company.

GARBAGE service, mediocre food served at a barely warm temperature, and at an exaggerated cost. Eating at pollo tropical is comparable to paying a premium price to be intentionally disappointed. Ever since covid they hiked up their prices and got rid of the sauce bar. There's no reason to eat here especially when places like La Brasa and so many others like it exist. NEVER AGAIN
