Always fresh, and consistently good. I’ve never had bad food from this location after many years of going here. Recently, I walked out of a local restaurant due to bad food and came here instead. Pollo Tropical saved the day! I was starving, hangry, and needed protein fast. Within 5 minutes, I had a fresh Tropichop with yellow rice, corn, and black beans. I have a particular order without all the fixings and they always get it right. 🙏
I recently ate inside and it was very clean, including the restroom.

Everyone here is so nice and I love the ducks and ducklings outside. Fast, Convenient and fresh!! Easy stop if you’re driving on I-95. I try and leave a big cash tip when I go. I slid them a c note last visit and they were so appreciative. Be a good human! It’ll come back to you in spades!!

I went in at about 12AM; the customer service was amazing and so was the food. Filled with hard workers who do their best to keep the place running and to serve customers well. I think I had the Caribbean trio and it was delish!

The cashier was not patient and got me confused, I couldn't read from far if it said 1/4 chicken rice and beans + 1 side. I ask him if 1 side beside rice and beans apply and he said yes, but I was charge extra for the side I didn't even ate.

Always good food at this location, but it’s very loud due to all the workers talking back-and-forth. Also found it weird. The lady was speaking Spanish to me and when I told her I didn’t understand she just put the food down and walked away. But overall good food makes me happy and I can look past everything else.

The fellow took my order in person next to the order board. I couldn't think of the offerings with the small menu, so he helped me pick it. Very nice, patient fellow. Fast service, as always here. Hot food. Unrelated to staff: Chocolate cake was a disappointment for the price.

Have been there a couple times and the quick service and the friendlyness is unmatched, especially to the Northlake location. Edit. I see how there could've been some misunderstanding with the language I chose for my review. For clarifications sake I meant the amazing review was in reference to the Pollo Tropical off of Indian town road. When compared to the Northlake location, which is abysmal by the way, it makes the Indian town road location seem perfect. May this shed light on what I really meant
