I see how there could've been some misunderstanding with the language I chose for my review. For clarifications sake I meant the amazing review was in reference to the Pollo Tropical off of Indian town road. When compared to the Northlake location, which is abysmal by the way, it makes the Indian town road location seem perfect. May this shed light on what I really meant

Confused why you stay open until 12:00, there’s only ever a limited menu after 9:30. No corn, no iced tea, no caesar wraps, list goes on. The food you can order is stale or too tough to chew. And this isn’t just one night, but any and every night when staff doesn’t feel like making anything fresh. Do yourself a favor and close at 10. You have nothing worth eating after then and staff that clearly doesn’t want to be there.

My favorite place for Cuban Creole food, the same seasoning in any of its locations. I love black beans or black beans whatever you want to call them. The atmosphere and attention varies depending on the area.

If you’re new to south Florida this should be your go to place if you’re looking for Latin sort of dish. arroz amarillo y verduras (yellow rice and veggies) Pollo, (the best chicken around and great prices plátanos, sweet plantains to die for. yuca, another awesome dish cerdo asado al mojo, roast pork , frijoles y arroz rice and beans! You name it they’ve got great food here all the time super clean restaurants held to a high standard and friendly staff that’ll always treat you nice! I call it the chic fil a of Latin foods.
Vegetarian options: They can fulfill your needs if you’re a vegan or vegetarian lots of options to choose from
Parking: Drive thru and very sufficient parking in every lot!
Kid-friendliness: Staff is very patient and kind especially with the children.

Have been coming here for over a month now and everytime I've provided my phone # or had them scan for my rewards. Now they are saying do not have any rewards. I have bank statements that show I've spent alot of money. Not pleased with the workers inside. Now I start from scratch in regards to reward points. Very disappointed.

This location has an incredible staff that keeps the food hot and the Restaurant clean. Chicken, Pork and Steak served as your favorite dish. If you haven't eaten here before, give yourself a few minutes to look over the Menu, you will find a must have dish you've been craving. Drive thru is always busy, they have some tables inside, and of course you can use their App. to preorder your meal for easy, quick pickup. Parking lot is not great, parking is tight during busy hours.
Wheelchair accessibility: Standard Disable parking near entrance, Wheelchair accessible, no Ramps.
