Called in a order for pick up. Ordered a Morocco grain bowl and an avocado toast. I pick up the food and get home, and there's no grain in my grain bowl and missing other ingredients! And none of the toppings that were listed with the toast came with that. Called back to ask, and was told they were out of a lot of items and offered nothing to fix. Fine, not a big deal to run out of things, but if I ordered a grain bowl and it came with no grain. I called in and picked up in person, I would have happily changed my order to something available if it was mentioned. I was also over charged from the pricing on the website, so that was frustrating too.
