My husband and I found this wonderful gem and we can't wait for our next delicious experience at this perfect restaurant
we absolutely love romeo and juliette The food is off the charts. The ambience is great. I feel like I'm in Italy and the staff couldn't be nicer. I go once a month at least.
Extremely slow and disrespectful service. Food was average. Very overpriced. This place caters to a specific clientele. There are too many better Italian places in Jupiter/Tequesta to waste your money here.
New owners but food is as delicious and I want to go back again and again. Service? Even better! Thanks for being in our neck if the woods.
Very disappointed
We went on June 17th
Right before they closed for the summer.
They did not have a nice selection of requested wines and told us it was because they were closing for the summer and there would be new owners.
Garlic bread was all oily and gooey.
Pasta sauces were bland.
We tried 3 appetizers ( we were so excited to finally get a reservation) the calamari was greasy.
It was just one big disappointment.
We were told they gave the new owners all of the recipes but from what we tasted they should start from scratch.
On a happier note,
The wait staff was lovely

The restaurant is going through transition and made a real mess with reservations.
We were so looking forward to it and when we showed up the lady told us our reservation was canceled.
It was very disappointing, especially given the fact we were so much looking forward to it and because the wait time long.
If this happens to you too, go to Ara Jupiter next door - great food and drinks, we were treated right.
My husband & I made a 5:30 reservation through Yelp, which this restaurant uses. We showed up at 5:15 only to be told we did not have a reservation, and blamed Yelp for the oversight! She was very dismissive, quite rude, totally unapologetic & showed us the door! Needless to say, we won’t ever be back!!

Open Table allowed me to book and continues to allow me to book a restaurant that is not even open on Sunday. So I never was there
R and J is a treasure! Every dish prepared exquisitely. The homemade paparadelle is to die for. The service matches the cuisine. It's a hard reservation to get. Plan in advance. It's worth the wait for sure!
Not sure what all the fuss is about with this place, though they are always packed and reservations are difficult to come by. We actually don’t mind the industrial location and the inside of the restaurant is charming. The food was generally good, especially the main courses. Side serving of pasta was not hot and salads were very average. No bread was served with our meal. And be warned…there is a 4% charge for paying with a credit card, which is likely a profit center for the restaurant as that is above what most merchants pay, and frankly a cost of doing business for restaurants. My husband had to ask three times to have water glasses filled, so service needs some work.
Restaurantji Recommends
I am not sure whose fault it is, either Open Table or the restaurant. But someone forgot to remove the restaurant for reservation. I made reservation, got confirmation from open table and when we arrived at the restaurant they were closed and on vacation. Someone should have removed them off of open table. Someone forgot to do their job and caused us an inconvenience.
If you want truly authentic Italian food and the ambiance of an Italian household, this is the place for you
This was our first time to Romeo & Juliet's . The food was phenomenal. We had clams orrganta and the meatballs as appetizers . The best meatballs ever. I had the shrimp lime cello over homemade pappardelle pasta . My husband had the snapper Francese with pappardelle pasta. Everything was delicious. We comp, eyed the meal with the homemade Italian cheesecake which was so light and airy. I highly recommend. We will be back !

Wonderful Italian food, always excellent special dishes. Service attentive. Casual atmosphere. Very small family restaurant that takes patience to get a reservation. Limited wine list, though, very reasonably priced and good value. This is not about the Florida views, but all about the food. Ah, carefully made homemade pasta!
