Overall a very pleasant experience. Hostess was welcoming, energetic and complimentary. Our service waitress and back staff were absolutely exceptional, engaging and attentive. Great experience. Food was excellent.

We had a fantastic time at Ruth Chris Jupiter celebrating my birthday. The staff made me feel like a star, from the moment we walked in, to arriving at our decorated table, with custom birthday card. The wait staff was increadibly attentive, made excellent menu recommendations, and brought us out a delicious dessert at the end. It was all smiles as we left, were wished goodbye from the host, and the door was held open for us by another employee. All restaurants should be this good. Bravo Ruth Chris!

It was my birthday but I didn't tell them in advance but it showed somewhere in the data I guess. Anyway the Hostess greeted me with Happy Birthday when we walked in and at our table was a lovely greeting card and Happy Birthday items on the table cloth. The steak was cooked to perfection as always and our server was excellent but the Jupiter Ruth Chris sure know how to make you feel special on your birthday.

Wonderful service - celebrated 65th wedding anniversary and 2 birthdays and the staff was superb - acknowledging same. It was a delightful evening. Food was very good - salmon cooked to perfection as was the steaks. Truly appreciate the complimentary desserts. Thanks to all - you made a special evening very special

It was just me celebrating by myself and Sara and Josh kept me such good company and gave me amazing suggestions. Steak is top tier. So is the Crème brûlée. The sides are the only thing I was off about.

Our experience at Ruth's Chris was very good, food is always cooked to perfection, especially the steaks. Service was lovely, both staff members were friendly and attentive. The configuration of the room we were smack in the middle of was odd. If the room was full, it would become difficult to maneuver. Even though the room was not full, we're bumped multiple times by patrons and waitstaff trying to squeeze between the tables. I will say the way the dinner flowed was quite rushed, some were still enjoying the first course starters when the main course arrived and we were quickly shifted to make room for the next course. This is a newer location so with some help on timing out each course of the evening, I believe this location makes a great, convenient spot to visit on occasion.

This Ruth's Chris is very close to home, so we go quite often and typically sit in the bar area which we find to be most comfortable. The hostesses and bartenders all know us and know what we typically order. They've made some wonderful suggestions and have always provided a balance of perfect service and friendly familiarity. They have ALWAYS accommodated special requests and the results from chef have been perfect, even better than expected. We always feel very well taken care of and happy, and it's apparent each time we visit that it's not just us; there are dozens of happy regulars who get exactly the same treatment.

We are big fans of Ruth Chris, great consistent food, well trained friendly services people. We like the atmosphere at the Bat in Jupiter and drive further to have a date night their about once a month to experience the “relaxing, elevated environment”. On Saturday night 10/4 we walked into something very different. There were two couples sitting at the bar in University of Miami teeshirts screaming, yelling and swearing while watching the game. It had become a sports bar where these people just didn’t care if the None of this made the bar an “elevated environment”. Even though it was obvious to us that many in the bar were bothered by this group the staff, including the manager seem either be oblivious or they just did not care. If this is going to be what Ruth Chris is going to allow their Bar to become please change your website so we know in advance and can move on to a restaurant that has the back bone to adhere to their standards.
