It was just me celebrating by myself and Sara and Josh kept me such good company and gave me amazing suggestions. Steak is top tier. So is the Crème brûlée. The sides are the only thing I was off about.

This Ruth's Chris is very close to home, so we go quite often and typically sit in the bar area which we find to be most comfortable. The hostesses and bartenders all know us and know what we typically order. They've made some wonderful suggestions and have always provided a balance of perfect service and friendly familiarity. They have ALWAYS accommodated special requests and the results from chef have been perfect, even better than expected. We always feel very well taken care of and happy, and it's apparent each time we visit that it's not just us; there are dozens of happy regulars who get exactly the same treatment.

We are big fans of Ruth Chris, great consistent food, well trained friendly services people. We like the atmosphere at the Bat in Jupiter and drive further to have a date night their about once a month to experience the “relaxing, elevated environment”. On Saturday night 10/4 we walked into something very different. There were two couples sitting at the bar in University of Miami teeshirts screaming, yelling and swearing while watching the game. It had become a sports bar where these people just didn’t care if the None of this made the bar an “elevated environment”. Even though it was obvious to us that many in the bar were bothered by this group the staff, including the manager seem either be oblivious or they just did not care. If this is going to be what Ruth Chris is going to allow their Bar to become please change your website so we know in advance and can move on to a restaurant that has the back bone to adhere to their standards.

Birthday celebration at Ruth Chris Jupiter. Ordered steak with NO salt or seasoning. The steak arrived HEAVILY salted. The manager explained the butter caused the salt. He offered to cook another but all other food was on the table and ready to eat. Three vegetables. The steak was inedible. He took half off when I asked him about a discount. I spoke to the GM two days later and he did nothing. They take no responsibility for ignoring customer requests for no salt. Apparently they have no knowledge of the correlation of salt and hypertension. I will not go back.

What an amazing experience it was coming here. My family came here for my parent’s 25th wedding anniversary and the staff did not disappoint. Gordon served us and he was extremely attentive and personable. Thank you for being on top of everything tonight. And special thanks to Yvette as well for a great evening. Stopping by the table made my parents’ night. The food was amazing and all the courses were show stoppers. My fiance is insisting I add how AMAZING the cheesecake was as well. He wont stop talking about it. My parents are already talking about wanting to come back!

Absolutely amazing! I haven’t been to a Ruth’s Chris since 2014, in Marina Del Rey!! This location was awesome! The service (specifically Josh in the bar area) was great! We went for Happy Hour, the drinks and food was delicious! Everything we ordered tasted fresh and warm! I went on a Friday at 4:15pm and it was so busy!!! I knew it was a popular spot but never this busy for 4:15pm!! So glad I finally tried it, I will absolutely be back!!
