True old Florida charm. Great food in an old historic Florida house with incredible charm. Service was top notch. Was great to see the owner hustling and hear how passionate he is about Sims House.

First time here, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Our server, Eric, did a fantastic job, and the food was awesome. Ernie, the owner, stopped by multiple times, explained the significance of the location, and was a pleasure to converse with. Our table had burgers, pizza, brussel sprouts, and salmon over rissoto. All were hits. This is a definite must-go and will be on our regular rotation.

Menu changes almost daily. Generous portions. Well flavored. Service is friendly and not rushed. Easy parking and access. Be careful not to bypass the restaurant. Obscure signage keeps it a period historical spot. Very low key place overall but big flavor and service. Wines are expensive but good

I stumbled across The Sims House on Facebook and decided to surprise my wife by trying something new for her birthday—and it couldn’t have been a better decision.
From the moment we walked in, the owner and staff treated us like family. They made her birthday feel special with their hospitality. The setting is also awesome—cozy and charming.
The food was great. I had the steak and fries, and my wife ordered the mahi tacos—both were delicious, and we ended up sharing bites because we couldn’t pick a favorite. We also tried the pizza and dessert, and everything exceeded expectations.
We are excited to go back soon!

Our first day of vacation, we decided to give it a try. It is so low-key, we passed it up looking for it. We were greeted warmly by everyone, and were seated right away even though we were 30 minutes early for our reservation.
The food was fantastic. We ordered the coconut shrimp, cheeseburger, and fish and chips, and none of it disappointed. We were even treated to a sample of special recipe pizza, and even that was delicious.
There is a pretty good chance we will be back before we go home.

We love the The Sims House. The food is amazing. The atmosphere is fun and friendly. It is a home away from home. Ernie and the rest of the Sims Crew are always welcoming. We love being Jupiter local and supporting historical locations in our community.
Can't wait to see what else happens at the Sims House!

Sims house is the absolute best hidden gem in Jupiter! There is no place that comes near the customer service and dining experience. You’re truly treated like family and the food is absolutely delicious! There’s a reason it’s my families go-to dinner spot

My partner and I stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant online, and what a delightful find it turned out to be! I knew the home had historical significance, but learning the story and the love behind it really enhanced our experience. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly greeted by both the staff and the owner before even entering. The exterior is stunning, perfect for dining under charming twinkling lights, but we decided to enjoy the elegant atmosphere inside this magnificent home. The service was impeccable, and both the wine and food were exceptional. I had the salmon, which was cooked to perfection. The interior temperature was a comfortable 72°F, and the eclectic music added a nice touch to the ambiance. Don’t miss the opportunity to experience this beautiful piece of history. Support the rich heritage of Jupiter and enjoy a memorable dining experience.

Dinner last night was excellent as well as our history told by the gracious owner Ernie. My friends visiting from California and New York actually made reservations before arriving. Beautiful atmosphere with a special touch.

tried a new local spot for Valentine's Day and just wanted to share how awesome of an experience it was! my boyfriend told me about this hidden gem, Sims House that was owned by a family in town who saved this historical home from being leveled and replaced by a car wash. The atmosphere was very intimate and unique, as most of the interior was still original to the home. As you walk through the house, there are large prints of historical documents relating to the home, with some letters even being addressed to the home from former US Presidents — how cool! We were greeted by the owner and his friendly staff, who had a set menu for Valentine's Day. They also provided us with complimentary prosecco and a rose, which was a nice touch. While we devoured their fantastic mahi ceviche appetizer, the owner made a very personal speech, sharing some of the history of the home and other structures like it in town that are all at risk of being erased from history forever, and how important it is to preserve them and share their history. As someone who is also part of a family owned business, I understand the importance of supporting local small businesses, and the impact reviews can have for them. The owner even made it a point to mention just how much they appreciated everyone's business and would appreciate if we all could spread the word and I was happy to oblige! I would 100% recommend the Sims House for anyone looking for a new date night spot, event or party venue, or even just a nice dinner out that isn't the usual place in town. I had their snapper picatta over linguine, and my boyfriend had the filet oscar with potatoes and asparagus, which were *chefs kiss*. It felt like you were eating dinner with their family, while also still having that small, intimate date night feel. The owner even shared with us where the snapper and filet were sourced from (all local!) Their outdoor atmosphere has the same inviting and intimate feel, but unfortunately due to yesterday's rain, we did not get a chance to enjoy it (guess we have to come back!). I can't wait to make this hidden gem our new spot and see what else they have on their menu. I believe their menu changes by the day, they're only open for dinner, and are reservation only, so keep the Sims House in mind for your next date night!
