I was disappointed with the service. I have been going to this store for years and don't think I'm going back for a while. I was already a customer that ordered a coffee and a sandwich. Then went back to order a cup of water and was brushed off to the side for the next customer by the female barista . I asked again the next barista for a cup of water and he asked me if I had purchased anything yet. Very disappointed since I was already a customer at the store for over an hour.

I absolutely love this location. Starbucks is a special treat for me so I don't frequent as often as I'd like to, but when I do, I bypass the closest 1 to come here. Everyone is friendly and Mary is a sliver of sunshine. She is always bubbly and hustles to ensure things move swiftly. Their food and drinks are always delicious ♡

Went to Starbucks at Fishermans Wharf in Jupiter. Sat in a leather chair and lifted the cushions of the dirty couch across from me, only to find days, maybe weeks of garbage.

Feeling bad only giving 3 stars because of issues not actually related to service/food/drink quality…the last two times I have gone to this location there have been 2 shady seeming men collecting “donations” supposedly for children with cancer. They are very aggressive and screamed at me for not donating and saying “I guess you don’t care about kids with cancer”…in 98% certain it’s not a real charity they are collecting for and pocketing the money. Furthermore, there have been several drugged out homeless men lurking around there who have stopped to talk to/harass me while working. Basically, place attracts sketchy and dangerous people. Staff and food quality good though!!

This is a very nice Starbucks. Only downside is that there’s no drive-thru, but what they lack in convenience they make up for with good service and following recipes so your drink is consistently delicious!

My friends and I been going there since it opened, I noticed that the outside is always dirty with stains of ether coffee or urine, because the homeless probably use it at night it smells, yesterday Oct 5 me and my 2 friends met there we went to sit down and my one friend grabbed a chair and there was mucus on the chair and got on his hand,Yuck, not to say the seating is terrible and uncomfortable.

Not understanding why this Starbucks doesn’t know the difference between hot and cold coffee when I order online. Two times in the past month I’ve gotten the wrong thing and yes they offer to fix it but I order ahead because of time. Read the tickets people it’s not that hard!!
