I have gone in the last 3 days the first 2 days I’ve asked for a less fattening lavender matcha each time it was easy and simple and the same price today I went and the women at the front name Michelle had an attitude because some how my drink went up in price significantly yet I didn’t change my order from the last 2 times … and than they scam you on how much they give you . Don’t recommend the one in Alton is 10x better

Kiki warmed my pumpkin loaf and served it with an UNWANTED dallop of cheese & spinach ? (see pic).Also, while waiting for my mobile order, I asked Kiki for an ice water (cannot order water via mobile app). The time that it took for her to ring it through the register was more work and time for both of us. Past experience ALWAYS resulted in the one that was asked was the same one to get me a grande water. I already had my mobile order of bread and coffee beverage, but thanks to Kiki who didn't want to set aside her chat with a colleague, I was processed to wait dome more through several other orders to get an ice water. Common courtesy would have been helpful.
