This Starbucks did exactly what needed it to do. Walked in, ordered, and everything came out fast and correct. The staff were friendly and the store was clean and organized. It is the kind of dependable coffee stop that makes travel easier, since you know you can count on the same quality every time. Simple, consistent, and a place would have no problem stopping at again.

I placed a mobile order for a food item, only to be told at pickup that it wasn’t available! When I asked why it was still showing in the app, I was told the store isn’t allowed to turn off unavailable items. I asked why and was told the store and district manager don’t allow it. Excuse me? This is unacceptable. Great start to my Friday…

The worst starbucks hands down. Got 2 venti drinks that were just cups brimmed off with ice 6 sips later and it's just a cup of ice for 6$

I ordered delivery and was extremely disappointed! My sandwich was literally ice cold and the latte I ordered did not have the cold foam it is supposed to come with and apparently they were out of the pecan syrup that goes in the drink I ordered but instead of reaching out to see if I wanted something else, they just left it out so it was tasteless! Not to mention I asked for NO ice and it was filled with ice!! I have had many good experiences at this location but this was very disappointing. They charge way too much to make mistakes like this.

They can never never get my drink order right any other Starbucks can get it right this location is always an issue please train better!
The workers are friendly, product is good as well. Only issue is the drive thru here is horrible, the way it wraps around the building. People then block in the drive thru exit therefore line can’t move. Need to redo drive thru

Undoubtedly the most loud and freezing Starbucks in the country. My dream was to own a cafe gallery. Some of us would create a much better space but we barely get to live. Karma I guess. Round tables… really? The staff is nice but they need to keep up with stocking what we need. I’m into organics but can’t find an organics place with space and charging where I could spend time. The three stars is for convenience, location and staff.
