Absolutely do not come to this location the staff is so awful here. Management is terrible and disrespectful and there’s always a 20 minute wait to get 1 drink. We will not be coming back to this location. My drinks and food are always messed up and taste completely different every single time I come to this location.

I am not one to leave negative reviews but enough is enough. I have been a loyal customer of this coffee shop for over a decade, but unfortunately, my recent experiences have been incredibly disappointing. I’ve witnessed several management changes over the years, but the current manager, Aliza, has made the atmosphere unbearable.

Aliza is consistently rude, unprofessional, and dismissive, not only towards customers but also towards her employees. Her behavior has crossed the line into hostility, and it’s clear she holds grudges against certain regulars, including myself. One particularly troubling incident involved her reaction to a simple request for a "tall pup cup" for my three large dogs—an innocent request that has been granted for a decade, suddenly seemed to spark a disproportionate response. I was even told by a former employee that Aliza had attempted banning me from the store over this.

It's disappointing to see a once-friendly place turn into a hostile environment due to poor management. I have no desire to support a business that allows such unprofessionalism to go unchecked. I only return because the baristas at this location rise above the management and I appreciate their kindness.

To summarize, the new manager Aliza, has proven to be an absolute disappointment in terms of both professionalism and customer service. Her attitude toward customers, including long-time patrons like myself, is consistently rude, condescending, and uncalled for. So disheartening to see at a location I’ve supported for so so so many years.

The same as all Starbucks. However, this one has the absolute worst parking and drive-through flow so make sure you give yourself extra time and be careful not to cause an accident on Indiantown. It is really really difficult to get in and out.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews or even reviews at all… but this is seriously one of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I moved here about two months ago so now this is the coffee place closest to my house, and I don’t think they’ve gotten my order right once during that time. Even when I ask them to correct it, it still isn’t right, but I just don’t feel like asking multiple times for the right thing. My orders are not complicated, probably the easiest order you’ll ever have to make at a Starbucks (I literally used to work for the company, so I know). It gets irritating spending $15-20 each time and for it to consistently be wrong..

The place is poorly managed. I'm not sure if the owner changed, but this place was really good 3 years ago. The coffee used to be the best in town compared to other locations, I'd say it's the worst now or pretty close to be bad. Every time I get latte it's tasteless with no foam or not enough coffee. Lately it's been a thing to make it too "watery". In the past three weeks I've been told "we don't have our pecan crunch" . Well...why don't you? We ran out.. okay, so it's 10.30 am and you ran out..? Sorry I feel like after 3 weeks the place should have figured out their reserves..attitude is not the best either..My husband keeps saying let's go back maybe it's better now..nope

Chris is the coolest guy! My husband and I went there today to get my birthday treat and he made sure I felt special. The guy he was training was also very nice. Didn't stay long, but it was memorable enough to make me want to leave them a great review! Keep it up, guys! You rock!
