Im a regular customer, my fiancé and i are hosting a wedding reception, we love your food I called the store a few times to place a catering order but the phone number wasn’t working so I decided to visit the location instead. As I pulled up to the front of the store I looked inside before I got out the car and I saw a young lady sitting on a table behind the counter smoking something I waited a few minutes then I saw her nodding off Iike she was under the influence of something! This took me by surprise so my fiancé and I decided not to enter the establishment we ended up choosing another subway location to place our catering order. DO BETTER JUPITER SUBWAY!!!

I had an order of 20 subs, without missing a beat Tamika, Jennifer, and Janice prepared them all and to pure perfection before the estimated time for pick up. I will come from palm beach to this subway faithfully as it is the only one in a 50 mile radius that never fails to serve amazing fresh food and outstanding customer service! Keep going above and beyond ladies! It doesn’t go unnoticed!

Yelling at elderly customers!!! If you want extremely bad service then by all means go here. I ordered online for my parents to pick it up that were staying next door at the hotel. They were sharing a sub and one of them doesn’t like olives and peppers. I could have added those things on to the sub for free, but then they would have been picking one half off. There is no place to put in the online app ordering to tell them “on the side except in notes, but in my experience it’s not always read. So my mother asked for the veggies for half the sub on the side. The woman then started telling her that the veggies would be extra since it wasn’t ordered at the time. The woman then started yelling at her because she said she was asking for too much. Not sure if it’s just because she was elderly or because English is her second language and the employee thought she could take advantage of her. Do not go here.
To answer back to the reply, it definitely was your store at 2562 W Indiantown Rd! It was March 3rd around 2:00pm. Whoever the woman was that was working at that time has no customer service skills and lied to my elderly parents to save on a couple pieces of peppers and olives. It’s pretty disgusting how you think elderly people should be treated!!!

Horrible experience! Never going back to this place. It took over a hour to make 6 foot long sandwiches, that too simple sandwiches. The person who made sandwiches kept touching his long hair that was covering his entire forehead. He kept pulling his pants with his gloved hands. I had e-gift cards that he couldn’t figure out how to use. He called his manager at home, she didn’t know either. The subway standards have gone so low.

I ordered 3 Italian subs at 1030 and took to my sons in Okeechobee I give them a 0 rating ! One Italian sub was right but other 2 had no meat!!!! WTH!! So I called them to see if I could have money back on my card and he said he would talk to manager ‘& call me right back! No call back. Will always check my orders from now on!!! Ridiculous!
