Horrible experience! Never going back to this place. It took over a hour to make 6 foot long sandwiches, that too simple sandwiches. The person who made sandwiches kept touching his long hair that was covering his entire forehead. He kept pulling his pants with his gloved hands. I had e-gift cards that he couldn’t figure out how to use. He called his manager at home, she didn’t know either. The subway standards have gone so low.

I ordered 3 Italian subs at 1030 and took to my sons in Okeechobee I give them a 0 rating ! One Italian sub was right but other 2 had no meat!!!! WTH!! So I called them to see if I could have money back on my card and he said he would talk to manager ‘& call me right back! No call back. Will always check my orders from now on!!! Ridiculous!

This place need to a better service, the vegetables is horrible.
This is for the subway next to the cupcake store.Normally I come here twice a week. Lately, I don't come at all.The new employees particularly the young Hispanic man make good so slow. When I order subs online is usually missing multiple ingredients. Not just that but if I order for 2:05 pm it will say ready but not be ready until say 2:45 pm as I had to waste time on a Sunday to get my sub that was supposed to be "ready." I feel ripped off. The guy is so slow 6 people walked out and he smiled.

I always get such amazing food at this specific subway. The service is always unmatched and the food is super great for the local area. I truly enjoy stopping in they’re so friendly and always go above and beyond. Check them out the chicken bacon ranch is my favorite.

I made an online order and was contacted that the store is out of bread. That the food truck didn't come today so they needed to bake bread. There was no way for me or subway to cancel my order, no option for a refund nothing. I made the order at 330pm and was told it would only take an hour to bake more bread. Here it is 5:12pm and it's still not done. This is absolutely rediculous. How can you run a buisness like this and atleast not offer a cancelation and refund for not providing services? On top of that it's a saturday.

One of the dirtiest subways you could ever eat at,staff looks like they don’t have proper hygiene and underneath their line looks like they haven’t cleaned it in months !!! Please make the drive to the one by the railroad tracks if you really want subway…ever since they switched owners place went downhill.
