Sweet Thang Cookies & Cream

I ordered a s’mores and Oreo cookie thru Uber eats. I did not get the smores cookie, they replaced it with a regular chocolate chip. Both cookies were extremely dry, crumbly and seemed to be old. I thought I was crazy but then saw all of the reviews. These cookies were clearly not the ones advertised.

Ordered cookies from this company on Uber Eats in San Francisco…found out it’s an SF Ghost Kitchen that orders the cookies single wrapped from Florida. The cookies are okay, very sweet. Not warm, not fresh. I feel a bit duped, since I have never received single packaged items from Uber Eats before. Sweet Thang should be more transparent about their business model on apps.

Really wanted to like but none of my fam enjoyed these. Even my kid couldn’t finish it. More like biscuits. Too hard and the cookie itself has little flavor. Tried warming them up and it did help but was still a settlement. The cookie flavor itself was just not good, tastes old. $50 for 6 cookies so I expected fresh cookies, not old cookies that’s been sitting because that’s how it tastes.

Ordered them from Door Dash..cookies were hard, crumbly and days old. Hard like a hockey puck. $5.89 for one cookie they should be hot and fresh.

I ordered these on door dash today (I spent like $26 for 4 cookies) and they were rock hard and impossible to bite into. I’m so sad I thought they would be like insomnia or crumble cookies. They were absolutely horrible and dry I had to ask for a refund on door dash

Owner is non-responsive to emails about my shipment being delayed. Judging by the rest of the reviews, I should not have purchased these to begin with. So much for supporting small business.

The cookies I ordered and the ones I received are NOT THE SAME! They were so dry, hard to bite, and they were not soft at all. Maybe I should’ve gone in person so I could have at least saved some money. Literally they were like biting into a chips ahoy cookie and they were weirdly stone cold when I reciebed them from Uber eats.

I ordered these cookies online. For $5+ a cookie, you’d imagine they would be fresh, and not hard, cold and crumbling apart when i broke it. Far from impressed by this cookie, the price and the overall experience. Would NOT recommend.

These cookies were the most expensive basic cookies I’ve ever had. They were nothing like the description and came to us in a bag and were dry and old tasting. I got the smores one… no marshmallow in the middle just a dry crumbly chocolate chip cookie.
