Food quality is slippin', big time, and has been for the past year. I don't know what changed, but it's gotten so bad. The service has also slipped, but not quite as badly as the food. A year ago this place was like a hidden treasure, a restaurant with a mini golf attached. Now the food is so bad that it's more like a theme park concession stand. Whatever you guys were doing a year ago, please bring it back. This place was a great alternative to Miller's and some of the other places around town, but, unless you've got kids begging to go play mini golf, there's like no reason to pop in anymore.

Longer than told wait. Which is fine it was busy, but when you see larger tables come wait and then get seated first it is discouraging.
Mediocre food. My husband and father enjoyed their burgers. They did look good But my chicken sandwich was smaller than the kids meals. Lettuce was pre shredded.
Should have received pickles on the side didn’t. Waiters never checked mid meal. They checked as soon as the sandwich’s were dropped which is customary. But we had not even assessed what we had. And never saw anyone again.
The qr menu is fine, but it’s not fine for my 80 year old parents. And they definitely are not order through the app kind of people.
Plastic cutlery, never offered a refill.
Took 40 mins for our meal to arrive after we submitted it. And again it was busy but most of the people around us had meals. And the table next to us got their food in like 12 mins.
The food runner even thought my chicken sandwich was a kids meal.
Atmosphere would been perfect if you could walk around. Loud yes but you expect that at a family place. But the chairs are just too big for the space and it blocks all the walkways.
Definitely not worth the money.

The Burger Shack is located near Jupiter Beach and Dubois Park. We had a large, hungry group and wanted to take advantage of the 2-for-1 dinner deal on Monday night up to an entree amount of $22. When we arrived, we were told it would be a 50-minute wait. The time flew by because there were so many kid activities from mini golf to an onsite playground to corn hole and big screen TVs. There was a bar and entertainment for everyone. Most of our party opted for hearty Jersey burgers (more protein). We did ask if the blackened Maui sandwich could be served with a tomato basil wrap instead of a bun and the kitchen accommodated our request. Most of us had fries, but some of us substituted for the sweet potato fries and they were excellent. No one left hungry. Good service, quality food and giving 5 stars for value!

There's a reason they call it Burger Shack, hands down the best burger I've had in Jupiter, FL. I got the Spicy Guacamole Burger, double patty with LTO, bacon, cheddar cheese and pickled jalapenos. It was absolutely delicious and the fries were hot 'n fresh! Angela, the bartender was friendly and made my experience even better ? I will definitely be back! Plenty of parking available, a playground for kids and putt putt golf on the property ⛳

For parents with young children, this place absolutely slams. Great burgers and apps, kids can safely play at the playground, then it’s off to top-tier mini golf. Recommend scoring a table under the big fans and coming after the dinner rush when its cooler out.

This is an amazing place to eat at. Very family oriented with miniature golf, cornhole, and a playground for the kids. Food is really good and the service rocks. Kudos to Ashley, Abby, and Malerie as they are extremely attentive. Before I can get that last sip out of my drink, they are already bringing me another.

The food is excellent. However, the service was terrible. We ordered an appetizer and after waiting for 20 minutes, we had to flag down the server to ask about it. She said that she put the order in with our dinner- “I didn’t know it was for an appetizer?” We were dumbfounded…it’s literally an option under the appetizer menu??!!! After another 10 minute wait, our food finally arrived, minus my 8 year old nieces’ Mac and cheese. It took another 20 minutes to get that and from the looks of it, we could tell it was Kraft Mac and cheese- why did it take so long? We also asked for extra honey bbq sauce and some mayonnaise….we wanted the mayo for our chicken sandwiches that only had chicken and two pickles on it- it took so long to get the mayo, we had eaten everything else while waiting (our sides of fries and coleslaw). Mind you, everything we asked for, we had to find our server and flag her down. She only brought drink refills once and other than that, never checked on us. All in all, we waited for everything for so long, our dining experience was over 1 1/2 hours long. As an establishment geared towards kids, the service should have been a lot more prompt.
