Ordered a Philly cheesesteak . It was ice cold. When I called they told me it shouldn’t be cold yes the chicken was cold but we microwaved it. Unreal that’s a 1sr in 49 years I’ve been told something so stupid as to way my food sucked.

Horrible costumer service!!! Overpriced for a chip nasty food!
Fast, straight to the point service with sandwich sizes more generous than any chain. Soft bread, good meat, crisp vegetables. East Coast type of place.

Been getting subs here for 40 years, back when Wally's donuts was next door, if any one remembers that place. All I can say is the old heavy set "looks are in the eye of the beholder" sandwich maker is both very nasty and rude and makes a below average sub for an above average price. I live walking distance and sadly, I would rather walk to publix after this past mother's day when I went in for subs. Avoid her, she's horrible.

Myself and a coworker stopped by to grab a few subs for fellow coworkers and that was the beginning of a love for The Connection. It's simple and tastes amazing with great prices. My personal favorite is the coffee crumb cake.
