If you don't always want to cook and want to make sure you have healthy meals available for you and your family, The Hybrid Chef is your go-to. I have used Tim for a private meal at home and it was also outstanding!

Tim is extremely unprofessional and rude. He couldn’t even answer with a set list of appetizers so I gave him ones I was looking for and he said no to half. Then why didn’t you give me the list you recommend that I asked for in the first place! Then I asked how many appetizers per person for 40 people and he got argumentative?? It’s a simple question. I said I was getting a few quotes which is perfectly normal thing to do and his response was “Good morning. I am not in business to try to have the lowest price so I think you are best suited to find someone else that fits your needs.Tim” Getting prices and list/amount of appetizers that will be given is normal practice when planning a party. It doesn’t mean I’ll pick the “lowest” one. Clearly Carolina is correct in her review and he is arrogant and needs to work on customer service. And his response to her review honestly says it all about his unprofessionalism. I should’ve went with my gut and not contacted him in the first place after reading it but decided to give him a chance but he clearly takes 0 accountability and thinks he’s always right. I will be taking my business elsewhere thanks Tim, and I suggest others to do the same.

Amazing Food with Amazing PresentationI hired the Hybrid Chef (recommended by a highly respected wedding planner) cook, cater, serve, and clean up after a party at my home. Everybody was impressed by the quality and taste of the food but the service, which is so important.Do yourself a favor and use their services you as well as your guests will be very impressed.Highly recommend.

Food is average, the owner thinks he is the last coke and is insulting to his customers, I got mold on his bread and he thought is was a joke until I sent him a picture, but he is so narcissistic and rude he would not recognize it.I told him a thousand times not to put bell peppers on my food, but it was like requesting caviar. He really doesn’t care, so why give him business if he cannot appreciate his customers.Giving him 1 star since I cannot do a -10.

We had Tim and Co. cater my sister’s 40th birthday. Everything was immaculate and soooooo good! They even cleaned up which since the party was at my house, allowed me to relax and enjoy myself. Amazing experience and a lifesaver for busy parents. We were overwhelmed with coming up with ideas and cooking for our son with a ton of dietary restrictions. Enter: the hybrid chef. We’ve been getting dinners and a healthy snack for a few weeks now and it’s been a win win all around. We are eating a variety of delicious and nutritious meals and we get a needed break from cooking. Everything has been fantastic. Highly, highly recommend.

He not only fulfilled that request but provided a variety of delicious meals and introduced me to some foods I never knew about. The food is clean, fun, comforting, ever changing, healthy and delicious.It has been like having a family member cook you meals to help during the week, so you can attend to other things and get out of what feels at times a mundane rut! It has also given us the confidence that when we cook it isn’t so daunting, we can explore and have fun just like the meals we are having!
