Our table was 30 minutes late. The restrooms in the restaurant were closed. Wait staff was pleasant. (There is a mandatory 18% gratuity) I had the chef's special which was a New York strip. The sauce on the meat was awesome. The meat itself was of really poor quality I've eaten New York strip for over 70 years. The restaurant offers 5 star atmosphere and prices but delivers 2 star quality.
Service lacking a bit. Mentioned an email incentive we received from the restaurant to our server at the beginning of our meal which was never removed from the bill. Had to have a manager resolve an issue that could have been taken care of proactively. Limited menu because of the holiday. Mildly disappointed about that.
The food and the mixed drinks were good, but nothing to write home about. We thought the price level didn't quite match. We felt it was very expensive.
As always exceptional in all areas!! Christian our server was excellent and Alex is always welcoming and all around top shelf!!
Food was delicious. Waiter was attentive. Outstanding dessert (lava cake). Only complaint was I didn't like the TV's on that were facing us during a romantic dinner.
Alisa was an excellent server. The winter 3 course dinner is a great value, as is the half price drinks during happy hour, and the mahi mahi was awesome.
Food was superb, drinks were amazing, but they ended the live music early in the evening.

We paid $312 for the Holiday Boat Parade on December 6th, expecting a festive evening as advertised: with premium drinks, chef driven food stations, reserved waterfront viewing, and a curated gift bag with premium partner items. Unfortunately, the reality was far from what was promised. The food was average, there was no seating, the parade was not visible at all, certainly not from a waterfront view, the curated gift bag was nothing close to premium. This event was poorly organized and absolutely not worth the cost. In fact, it wasn't worth half of what we paid
