I come here to get my coffee love there coffee Lilly the manager is very sweet and takes pride in making sure everything is well kept and that the customers are happy like myself. She's super friendly and makes you feel comfortable to come hangout and drink coffee here. Would definitely definitely recommend coming here the atmosphere is good vibes staff if friendly and Lilly the manager will make sure your happy if anything isn't right or goes wrong. Very sweet caring manager come have the best coffee ☕️ in town in a awesome atmosphere will friendly staff.

This location is pretty awful. The food was horrible. Old bagels and we waited 20 minutes for the food. It was 10:30 on a Sunday and all the coffee was like warm and old. Seemed like they never made new coffee throughout the morning. They made the wrong menu items. The entire beverage counter was a mess. Just dirty. The gardens location is quite a bit better in every way. I will not be eating here again.

Not sure what’s going on here — the restaurant is pretty filthy, the staff are tired and uninterested in taking your order. There are bugs in the bakery case, random stains in the beverage fridge, random cleaning rags on the floor and counters, food all over the floor, dirty tables everywhere. It’s pretty sad because this place wasn’t always like this. Definitely not worth coming here to pay $16 for a sandwich and a cookie. Yikes.

We have been coming to this location about every Sunday for the last 6-8 months, unfortunately it has progressively got worse with food quality and customer service.My recommendation is to hire more employees spend the dedicated time to train them properly. This will eliminate your customers from complaining on how their food is prepared. The wait time to get your food has also increased to about 15-20min to get it.By doing that this will also help keep your employees morale up and want to work at your establishment. Without happy employees, you will NOT have happy customers.

If this was the first time I was here I would never be back, super sloppy, all the cream cheese was in a blob on the plate, didn't even make it on the bagel. In fact, most of the ingredients didn't make it on the bagel, all the tomato, and salmon was hanging off the sandwich, and wasn't cut properly so I tried to adjust it and it pulled the rest of the ingredients off. The onion tasted fresh, very fresh, and the one bite with onion on it was way too much, maybe spread the onion instead of one big lump on a quarter of the bagel. I got the $11 Williamsburg, as did my wife. Hers was also way too sloppy, and the bagels seem smaller than they were a few months ago. I remember the other locations more south being a lot better, will probably go to them, just maybe not this location. Also they low-key shamed me for not leaving a tip, I just paid $25 for two bagels, you want another %10? Cringe lady. Disappointed. At least the table was clean this time.The restroom is always super clean

Kid-friendliness: This place is pricey, I don't see a family with kids being able to afford it.

This is the 3rd time I’ve decided to give this place another shot. Like usual it was dirty. Just look up at their vents in the room they make bagels in. They had no everything bagels. Their hot coffee was cold and for my cold coffee there were no ice cubes. Why is this place so mismanaged? This is the normal for the past 3 times I’ve gone and it’s been in and out of season so more traffic isn’t even a valid excuse. Do better!!

The manager that works at this location obviously doesn’t know what he’s doing. I asked for a receipt and he couldn’t figure out how to re print one. LOL. He also likes saying stereotypical and racist comments towards minority customers in front of his staff. Anyone who is a minority shouldn’t go here, go ANYWHERE else but here…go to a place like the bagel bistro in Tequesta. They treat their customers with respect
