I work at another location and visited while on a road trip. The food was on point and the manager made sure I got my discount. 5 stars!

We went to T Flats because we were regulars at this chain. We stopped because the last few times the food was tasteless and dry. Tonight was one of the worst meals we have had from them. Her bowl had dried out rice, tasteless chicken and just a bit of toppings. My bowl had the same. Except the beans were bland and the blackened chicken felt like it sat out all day and was reheated. My rice was almost inedible. The free guac had no seasoning either. The customer service is great. It always has been. Today kind of sealed it for us. My wife's argument is that it's not a Tuesday/Thursday so when they are slow they miss a lot. But this is consistently bad. I totally get why they are going out of business in multiple locations. Which is sad because this used to be a twice a month spot for us.

First time here, ordered the steak soft tacos & my boyfriend got a steak burrito. I am very confused by these great reviews as my experience was far from great. Perhaps we came on the wrong day, but it was very shocking that it took over 25 minutes for our order to come out to be very subpar. My tacos were overloaded with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and sour cream in addition to the skimpy steak—which were ice cold. My boyfriend said his burrito was alright. Although, the chips were okay. Not sure if it is a staffing or managerial issue, as there were only 2 employees working, but there was clearly no care or effort put into the food. Just overall disappointed.

I love Tijuana Flats and definitely consider myself a Flathead (I've been to at least 15 locations). I've stopped into the Jupiter location before and this time, I was in a hurry so I decided to just place an order through the app and pick it up. I arrived about five minutes after the order was supposed to be ready, thinking it would be sitting there waiting for me when I arrived (which would have been my fault). But nope. I asked and they said it was still being worked on. Finally, 15 minutes later, it was ready.
I could understand if they're busy but 15+ minutes after the time that it was initially supposed to be ready AND barely anyone else was in the store is a bit extreme. You could also tell they were kids as I could hear them laughing and joking around in the back. I normally wouldn't have been bothered to think about it much longer but there was no apology or anything. And to top it off, I ordered a large queso and they didn't even provide the bag of chips in my order so I had to go and purchase chips from the store to make it even able to eat. And, I ordered soft vegetarian tacos and there was some sort of black char from the grill all in the shell as well, it almost tasted like steak.
I'm not sure what they're doing back there but please do better.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years. I really appreciate all the specials that they run on a regular basis for Tuesdays. But what I can appreciate even more is the customer service that I got today from Lola! This employee went above and beyond, not only for me to inform me of what they offered But for my children. I will come back to this location again just like normal and hope that Lola will be there every time!
I don’t know what they put on the food but Tijuana Flats is consistent..through tout the state. I highly recommend the Rasta Sauce!

Terrible, terrible customer service served with a non-existent smile from a miserable teenager. Not one employee seems to enjoy their job & to be honest I don’t blame them. Culture issues like that come from management - do better ya’ll - for your employees and customers alike.

Abby and Sienna were wonderful! Manager on duty and the ladies went over and beyond to make sure we were having an exceptional experience!!! The menu was revamped (includes a tasty shrimp bowl) and I was definitely impressed with the quality and service. Thank you to team Tijuana ?
