Love Tijuana Flats and this was my first time at this particular location. To my surprise, both the food and fountain drinks were bad! They smelled, tasted really bad, and the dirty sauce bar and leaky roof didn't help. Won't be coming back here and do not recommend you do.

The food at Tijuana Flats is always solid. Fresh, flavorful, and hits the spot. But unfortunately, the wait time completely undercuts the experience. For whatever reason, it consistently takes 45 minutes or more just to get our food. That kind of delay might be understandable at a sit-down restaurant, but it is not acceptable for a place that markets itself as fast casual. Simply because of having to wait close to an hour Both times I have to give 1 star. I do enjoy the tacos though. Hopefully y’all can get it together so I can return.

Got over charged for food I did not get, I ask the girl if they could fix it and she said no that’s correct a cup of black beans and rice is 10.00 extra, I said we did not get them, oh well that’s just how it rings up. Basically she told me to pound sand, I will never come back….

Very disappointed. Stale chips and chicken tacos were not warm. Not sure I will be back. Staff very friendly. Just need to have food warm with people being more picky about how we spend our money.

Unfortunately had to leave at least a one-star review to even write a review, otherwise I’d have put 0 stars. The sign on the door says they close at 10pm on Friday nights when you would think they’d get pretty good business. We arrived at 9:40pm and doors were locked. There was even someone at the register ignoring us knocking on the door. There’s nothing more annoying than lazy people. We called and they said they were “repairing a leak on the roof” when all the businesses next door were open and running. There was no one on the roof. There were no work vans outside. I love Tijuana flats and I love that they do veterans discounts as a veteran. Disappointing that the management and staff are so careless at this location. Save yourself a trip to this location and go to another. Or Pancheros.

What happened?! We hadn’t been to Tijuana in several months we came to this location today and were pretty disappointed. The staff were kind, restaurant super clean, however the food wasn’t great. Both of us had pretty stale chips that you could bend them without breaking. We both asked for whole wheat tortillas and got regular too. We should have known something was up when the restaurant was basically empty. Tijuana used to be so good!
I work at another location and visited while on a road trip. The food was on point and the manager made sure I got my discount. 5 stars!

We went to T Flats because we were regulars at this chain. We stopped because the last few times the food was tasteless and dry. Tonight was one of the worst meals we have had from them. Her bowl had dried out rice, tasteless chicken and just a bit of toppings. My bowl had the same. Except the beans were bland and the blackened chicken felt like it sat out all day and was reheated. My rice was almost inedible. The free guac had no seasoning either. The customer service is great. It always has been. Today kind of sealed it for us. My wife's argument is that it's not a Tuesday/Thursday so when they are slow they miss a lot. But this is consistently bad. I totally get why they are going out of business in multiple locations. Which is sad because this used to be a twice a month spot for us.

First time here, ordered the steak soft tacos & my boyfriend got a steak burrito. I am very confused by these great reviews as my experience was far from great. Perhaps we came on the wrong day, but it was very shocking that it took over 25 minutes for our order to come out to be very subpar. My tacos were overloaded with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and sour cream in addition to the skimpy steak—which were ice cold. My boyfriend said his burrito was alright. Although, the chips were okay. Not sure if it is a staffing or managerial issue, as there were only 2 employees working, but there was clearly no care or effort put into the food. Just overall disappointed.

I love Tijuana Flats and definitely consider myself a Flathead (I've been to at least 15 locations). I've stopped into the Jupiter location before and this time, I was in a hurry so I decided to just place an order through the app and pick it up. I arrived about five minutes after the order was supposed to be ready, thinking it would be sitting there waiting for me when I arrived (which would have been my fault). But nope. I asked and they said it was still being worked on. Finally, 15 minutes later, it was ready.
I could understand if they're busy but 15+ minutes after the time that it was initially supposed to be ready AND barely anyone else was in the store is a bit extreme. You could also tell they were kids as I could hear them laughing and joking around in the back. I normally wouldn't have been bothered to think about it much longer but there was no apology or anything. And to top it off, I ordered a large queso and they didn't even provide the bag of chips in my order so I had to go and purchase chips from the store to make it even able to eat. And, I ordered soft vegetarian tacos and there was some sort of black char from the grill all in the shell as well, it almost tasted like steak.
I'm not sure what they're doing back there but please do better.
