Carla was exceptional - we came in during a road trip and my youngest was so hungry. She brought out the nachos right away and then his applesauce and apple juice. We appreciate the care and thought with people today - and she truly went above and beyond for the kiddos. Thanks so much! You’ve got a great employee that sees value in customers and thinks a step ahead, trying to have the experience exceed what was expected! We were all smiles by the time we left - and it was all thanks to Carla!

Been a few years since I’ve been back to Florida, so I was excited to get my favorite tacos. Very disappointed. Stale uncooked taco shells. Barely any chicken, nothing was actually in the taco when I opened the box. Also ordered the trio on starters and the chips were also stale. The people working there seemed nice.

ITS CLOSED. This is our local spot, and we just heard the next closest in the Gardens has gone as well. Jupiter is still open, so we have that going for us.

Terrible experience. I walked into an empty restaurant, only one group of 4 in front of me. They order, I order, an order for myself wife and daughters. After my order, there is a rush of about 20 people. I was there waiting for another 20 minutes for my food and every single customer that walked in and order after mine all got their food meanwhile myself and my daughter who got off the car to see what was going on stood there and watched as the employees served EVERY SINGLE ORDER taken AFTER ours and served theirs first. I expressed my dissatisfaction and the employees disregarded completely until I raised my voice for other customers to witness what I’m going through and customers began to apologize to me and my daughter. At that point the girl started working in my refund but took her time and clearly hesitated. After waiting 5 minutes for a refund, she very discreetly only refunded me partial of the order! When I brought it to her attention she acted as if she didn’t know what I was referring to until I repeated myself again and instead of refunding me the rest she walked away, started helping other customers and taking more orders. I ask for the manager and the manager himself didn’t have the professionalism to even look me in the eye, gave me attitude the entire time and after he processed the remaining refund he threw the receipt and walked away. These people are racist and scum. Never go here.

BEWARE. I’ve eaten at Tijuana flats tons of times at different locations and always love it. Stopped at this one on the way home from a trip and staff seemed annoyed we showed, even though we were the only ones there. Told us they had no cheese, but I was ok because they said they could just give me queso.Ordered steak tacos with double meat and a chicken bowl. Both were cold when we got them, queso was hard and dried up, not even dippable or edible. Steak was chewy and couldn’t hard to swallow because it was so hard to chew. Tortilla was hard and stale. I was honestly concerned to get food poisoning because how are they even storing the meat that it’s cold the moment it arrives to our table at an empty restaurant? Ugh. Such a waste of money and time. Left hungry because food was inedible and will not be returning.

This location was a stop while we were traveling and we were a little worried because there were only 2 people inside (I have a rule about a place that is empty when traveling because of the locals don't go then there is probably a reason for that) but it was 2pm so we decided to eat anyway, plus it's not our first time at a Tijuana Flats. My bowl was tasty and I did enjoy the bangin sauce which I had never tried before. The restroom needed some help...I prefer not to have to unroll toilet paper from the top of a trash receptacle, although it did smell nice! I can only assume the toilet paper dispenser was broken as well as the lock on the door and the soap dispenser. Overall the location feels a bit like they could use a fresh coat of paint or to touch up some small things. I do appreciate the fact that they do free drink refills at the counter and as always have the hot sauce bar.

Stopped by for a quick roadtrip lunch. By the time I arrived I honestly would've eaten just about anything since we were approaching hangry status. When we arrived, around 2PM, there were no cars in the parking lot and we thought about leaving. Generally not the best sign to not see anyone somewhere, but again we just needed food so we went in. We were the third table there and decided it was likely due to the time being just after lunch. Ordered the standard dos tacos with a double stack and the food came pretty quick. It was standard taco time- nothing too special. Docking a point for their bathroom as I prefer not grabbing toilet paper off the bathroom trash can.

The food was good and the service was fast. The restrooms were clean, but there was sauce spilled at the sauce bar and they were low on some of the serving cups to go.

The Tijuana location on Indiantown road has completely gone down hill. I have given it chance after chance and always regret my decision when I’m there. The young kids don’t care about their jobs or customer service half the time. The food - which is what we are paying for- is and has been sub par. I went last week and get what I always do, two hard shell taco combo. My one taco barely had any toppings and the other one barely had anything as well but those toppings were on the side of the taco. I got maybe 6 chips when I ordered a side of queso as well.I politely asked them to fix the tacos and the young staff member who I think was the manager, did so but they all looked miserable. The time before that was a delivery where they sent us the wrong food and did not offer to send the correct food. They wanted us to come pick it up but we were in a meeting and could not leave- hence the delivery. The time before that our food was soggy and they forgot our drinks. This location is unreliable and the quality has significantly decreased. There is no consistency in the food you are getting or the presentation of the food. I wouldn’t waste your money or time. Tons of other local places that serve tacos now.

We stopped in for their new Happy Hour menu to get a quick bite. The price was all over the place. I explained the math to them (I teach math). Then they said to get a $4 taco, that I had to buy each of the 3 items with bullets beside them at $4 each to get a $4 taco. I explained that it was false advertising and that it did not make sense. They were quick to dismiss me, so I left without buying anything, and emailed the company (have not heard back).

2 or 3 stars... Taco Bell gives you more toppings than this. Chips and taco shell is 7 x out of 10 stale. Staff is always attentive but come on guys, you're not consistent, you can do better. At least there was some meat in this one...

Been a while since I’ve eaten from Tijuana flats… now I know why …! The food was bland, terrible presentation, portion size was sub-par…overall just a bad place. I vow to never eat this junk again.I actually tried to leave 0 stars. With prices skyrocketing these days, consumers have lots of choices… Tijuana Flats will never be one of them again
