Four of us made reservatiions for a Thursday evening dinner more than a week in advance. We received our $50 off coupons and can use them at the restaurant. The food, as always, was excellent and consistently well-prepared. Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the meal. Despite it being a relatively slow Wednesday evening, we experienced long waits for drinks, and once our food arrived, our server did not return until the dishes had cooled to room temperature. Service follow-through at this location has been a recurring issue for years, and it's an area that truly needs attention.
We love this Tommy Bahama location for a number of reasons. Their location has outstanding views of the intracoastal waterway and a perfect location within Harbourside along the Riverwalk. They have a creative menu and really fresh seafood. Their servide is amazing and nice to have had the manager Corey who made it a point to visit each table during our visit. This staff is really well trained and every employee seemed genuinely happy, and never missed a beat on some great recommendations....
