I grew up eating at Carnegie Deli and Katz’s . This is as close as you will get to a NY deli in FL. We haven’t been able to find really good lox until we found Too Jay’s ( we have been ordering it by the pound from here) .
Today we had lunch here and my friend who ate here a few days ago suggested the Thanksgiving sandwich ( Gobbler) it was delicious as well as the Pumpkin Spice cake . The wait staff is always helpful & friendy , the young lady who seats you is standoffish … just ignore her .. bc everyone else is great .

So sick of this place's carelessness with deliveries. I have experienced several deliveries where the orders are wrong. I have never written about it. This time I can't help it. Ordered a quart of matzo ball soup and a pint of chicken noodle. Order came with a quart or chicken noodle and ZERO matzo balls. So they gave me a quart AND a pint of chicken noodle. To top it off ZERO crackers.

They also used to give condiment packets with the sandwiches such as mustard and they either stopped doing that or forgot because we didn't receive any with our corned beef. Won't order delivery again from this location.

Beef tongue sandwich is amazing. Lisa was a great waitress and extremely helpful with everything.

most horrible lunch ever low class establishment see other comments below the coffee is horrendous, very weak to the point you can taste the chemicals in in he water the menu is difficult to figure out and the sever not very adapt at guiding you! lot of things you do not get s part o the meal and that creates a lot of add ons sides which should be part of the deal as it is in many restaurants you will wind up with a over 20 dollar sandwich with no fries, expensive soggy onion rings barely any fries soggy as well. the sauces are too thick to un onto the sandwich, you wind up spreading them with your fingers what a class act !!!. the attention of the servers is very poor even with only 2 tables occupied. living in the area I have been coming for yrs and the decline is very noticeable with no efforts to corrector improve typical tourist trap where business don't care and figure that tourists are desperate enough that they will not complain unfortunately very truand taking pride in our area i will make it my mission to monitor and advise unsuspecting tourist preys. living in a fishing and cattle environment you food should be fresh and excellent at all times, no excuses ab costs rising and the usual excuses. Do not trust the photos they are not all accurate.

Lisa at TooJays is absolutely fantastic! Her attention to detail and exceptional service made our dining experience truly unforgettable. The food was delicious, and Lisa's warm hospitality made us feel right at home. We eat here every Thursday and she knows everyone likes. She's definitely one of the reasons we'll be back! 😉

marginal quality at outrageously high prices ⭐️

Two out of the last three times I’ve been to this location I have walked out prior to ordering. The lack of friendliness and even acknowledging someone’s existence while they are waiting is astonishing. This location does not seem to understand basic ways to treat people. Saying hi would not hurt, smiling would be nice as well. Not a place I want to eat food.

What the heck happened to TooJay’s? We had a fabulous meal about 6 weeks ago and this time the food was barely eatable. Very skimpy servings of our favorite turkey dinner and shepards pie were very dry. The string beans were barely recognizable and certainly not fresh. Sorry, went from a 5 to a 2!
