Had an issue with my order and the manager/owner miss Davis promptly remedied the issue. Good service, nice staff.

While waiting for my food order, I watched the counter person handle cash from the register then proceeded to walk over to the food line and start making food wearing the exact same gloves they had on handling cash. I’m sorry but that just isn’t okay. I will no longer be coming to the Jupiter tropical smoothie.

We ordered ahead but it still took 30minuites we only ordered 3 smoothies. After waiting 20min we only got 2 smoothies rude to customers not just having a bad day rude it was like going out of your way to be rude also the smoothies were watery they kept making the wrong smoothies if we didn’t say anything we would have only gotten 2 smoothies

I did an online order and it was scheduled for 11:58 am pick up. We get there and didn’t get our 3 smoothies until 12:25 and we only got 2. So then we needed to wait an additional 10 minutes for the third one.

It seems every TS I’ve visited has poor customer service and very sllllooooowwwww service. Things don’t seem very organized at this location. The smoothies were supposed to be ready at 11:58 and it is now 12:30 and they are just now finishing the 3rd and final smoothie! Crazy

Great smoothies

Closed 15 minutes early, wanted to grab my Birthday Smoothie.

This was unfortunately the worst experience at Tropical Smoothie I've ever had. I feel bad for the 2 male workers because I guess they must have been overwhelmed with online orders or something but that was no excuse to make the horrible smoothies I waited over an hour for. We get them every week so I know what they are supposed to taste like and they literally had no flavor like they just watered them down with ice and water. Waited an hour for smoothies my family literally couldn't even drink. Big waste of $70.

The picture is showing the color of what should have been a strawberry banana smoothie and is usually pink but this was a pale yellow with zero flavor.

I don't think I have seen two employees that were less interested in serving their customers.
The wrap was ok, but the smoothie was horrible.

First time here and Angel was a huge help, now I’m obsessed with the peanut butter cup smoothie

Just the slushed ice with no greens. I had ordered, Detox Island green. Do not recommend, would not come back.
