Slow slow and slower

Staff is great

you have to give it to the ones that are working cause its hard to run a place when its under staff but regardless the ones that are there are trying the times that I have been there I've been treated well

Food is always good. When you finally get your food an hour later. Every tropical smoothie is slow but this one by far takes the cake. Maybe they are just understaffed however every time my coworkers and I go to pick up our food its almost never ready. Even if we order ahead. Today I made the mistake of ordering in person because the app was malfunctioning. Me and 10 other people just standing around the room waiting at tropical smoothie. I stood in line for 10 mins waiting to order. The young man at the register sadly had to run register and smoothies and orders while another young woman in back was making orders I'm assuming online orders. And the young man ignored me and everyone in line while he VERY PURPOSELY AND SLOWLY made a smoothie and slowly cleaned the blenders then slowly start another smoothie. No eye contact acknowledging us, no “so sorry give me a minute” no “my apologies I have to do many things at once” and no “screw you all.” Nothing. Walked out along with another customer. Went to CR Chicks and had food within minutes. Avoid if you can or order ahead but order way ahead at this location. The employees are lazy and slow and dont care if you are on your 10 minute lunch break.

Everyone nice but completely under staffed. It took 15 minutes to order and another for food. It would be faster to go to a sit down restaurant. Owner needs to either more staff or stop taking online orders

While on vacation I stopped by here & Angel was so kind & knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone. Definite 5 star service!

The staff is top notch! I arrived one minute until closing time and they cheerfully made my order. Best ever!!

Hi I been to a Few Tropical Smothies & They all Have been Great! For some Reason I like this one the Most, Location is Peacful in the Cut & This Gentelman Here Randy Because Of How Professional & Kind he was Made me Make this one my Go too, This Cat Deserves a Raise & A Definition of a Asset to a company for real. His Simple Understanding during a Conplex time in my life I'm gonna keep Coming back to this one...Also Sophia Was cool & I recommend this one over the Indian town Rd Location for sure! God bless

Amazing service! asked about ingredients in the smoothies since I have certain allergies and it was my first time. They were super helpful and informative. I think the manager was the one who helped me out since he had a black shirt. So yeah very informed and the rest of the staff were very nice and welcoming as well. Definitely will be coming back to try out some more
smoothies.
