This was our go to dinner destination for years. However, our experience a couple of days ago is the reason we won’t be back. We arrived right at 4:30 when they opened and were served drinks and appetizers immediately and our waiter was very friendly. Our entrees came out and our daughter ordered the hog fish tacos with a side salad and they brought out shrimp tacos instead. She can’t eat shell fish. We sent it back and he said it would be out in 5 minutes. 10 minutes passed, 20 minutes passed, 30 minutes passed, and no joke, 42 minutes passed. They were clearing our plates and she still wasn’t served. We also rarely were approached by the waiter because he was embarrassed to have to keep coming back to tell us, yet again, it wasn’t ready. They even brought out our receipt and her meal was on it. We went to talk to the manager about the situation and that is when it went from bad to worse. 3 men who were the managers began to aggressively spout out that they serve a 1000 meals a night and they can’t focus on just one. Extremely rude and confrontational. I am 45 and I have never seen managers act so aggressive and unprofessional. We said we thought it was ridiculous that her meal was even on the receipt and they should be taking off more because of the way it was handled. Let’s just say, her meal was the only thing taken off, and mind you, she still hadn’t received them. No offer of desserts or taking a percentage off for the unpleasant experience, just that we better pay or they were calling the cops. Finally, we were getting up to leave and one of the managers brought out the tacos and his exact words were, “Do you still want these?” The rest of our group had already left and my daughter tried to eat but the tacos were just fish and lettuce so they didn’t even make them properly and her stomach was upset from all the commotion. Side note, we even asked for her salad to come out so she had something to eat while she waited and they didn’t even do that. We paid the bill and gave our waiter a $50 tip because we could tell it really bothered him, but the managers are ridiculous. If you look at other reviews the majority of complaints that I could find are about the managers. Great food, but hopefully it all runs smoothly for you because the managers are extremely confrontational and unprofessional when it comes to making it right.

The setting is perfect, tropical, marine, and very Florida. The food was rated good to excellent among our party which included three children (8, 12, and 14). The staff was extremely professional and accommodating, especially when we called to increase our party from 6 to 9, adding the three children. Service personnel were extraordinarily helpful and friendly. Our only concern was that what you call an "energetic" noise level made it impossible to converse with even the person next to us at the table. Literally had to yell to be heard at the table. Some find that exciting and fun, and that's ok. Just know that if you sit under the roof you'll have noise. We have sat outside the roof on other occasions and it was quieter and more pleasant for us.

Sat outside right by the water. Beautiful night, great service, delicious food, and easy on the wallet prices. We just love this place. Makes you feel like you're on vacation without the high prices of a resort.

Everything was amazing. The food was great. The service was good. It was pretty quiet. A little bit of music would've been better, but the ambience was great. It was an all-around wonderful time. I will definitely be back.

I have a food allergy and I wanted to order the shrimp tacos with out the cheese and sour cream . Easy right? They make no exceptions and absolutely would not leave off the dairy. The menu came down to 1 choice. The manager was involved not at our asking or anything we did. He was just wanted to be super specific about what was available. Not much. Although we live in the area they are so many more accommodating great places here in Jupiter to get dinner and a water view.

UTiki Beach is a great place to eat. Since there is construction going on, which blocked my view, I rated my visit 4 stars. Also, the noise level was higher than what I expected. Food was very good and Steve, our server, was attentive.

This is a good place to go as a group. Start with drink (it has a very limited bar menu) and various appetizers to share ... then order you meal. Great atmosphere for hanging out, enjoying being outside and being with friends. On the pricier side, but it is on the water.

This is by far one of my families favorite spots to eat dinner. Best view of the Jupiter inlet. Was so happy to see that they are expanding the deck area and seating so there will be more space. And taking a reservation was the best decision they made. When my family is visiting during season we always go here. The struggle is the 2 hour wait, and now that they are going to have more seating this problem will be solved. Also, Reservations is huge. Our food is always exceptional. The Macadamian crusted or sweet potato crusted fish is the best !!!! All their food is top notch. The owners have a wonderful reputation in our town. They also own Jettys a staple in my life since I was a young teen and Kee Grill another amazing place. You will not be disappointed eating at any of their restaurants.

Jason was the best server, even though we joked alot, he was great and always with a big smile. Manager that night went out of his way to thank me for making a reservation and I thanked him for finally opening up to reservations. Makes going out with a group so much easier. U Tiki is stepping it up!

Second visit and did not disappoint. Had same server as first time and overall a great experience. Recommend reserving and arriving before 6pm on Saturdays as it is very busy. But we did not have to wait for our table and food came out in a timely manner. Hubby had the fish special - crab crusted yellowtail snapper and I had my new fave Crispy Chicken Ranch salad (slightly but correctly modified). It was a gorgeous evening on Jupiter Inlet. Will return.

i didn't feel the food was as good as it has been in the past. Seemed like the cook may have changed, but not sure. Lobster roll was pricey and not very good. I had fish toco's and they put a lot of green sauce on them and lost the taste of the fish. Not very good. Rice and beans were very bland. Appetizers were very good. Overall I may not return.
