The only problem I had about last night was that it was so windy and chilly that they should've put down the windshield earlier. When I asked All they did was shut the fans off, but other people were cold also.
Our group reserved a table for 8–10 guests and was never informed of the 1.5-hour seating limit prior to the boat parade. While we were still waiting for our food and drinks, management arrived accompanied by security and insisted that we leave immediately. This occurred with no prior warning, explanation, or apology. The way this situation was handled was unprofessional, discourteous, and unnecessarily aggressive. This was intended to be an enjoyable evening, but the treatment we received completely ruined the experience. I cannot recommend this restaurant based on the behavior we witnessed. We had an Awesome experience at Jetty’s next door :D.
Always great food and beautiful scenery. Especially around this time of year with Christmas music and lights galore.
Our waitress Jenny (or Jenna) was FANTASTIC!! Even if the food and ambience is good, service can make or break a dining experience and she definitely added to ours. She was also very kind with requesting that a paddle fan that was on full speed and really blasting us be turned off and took care of it very quickly. The food was excellent, the view can't be beat. Our only complaint was the music was WAY too loud, which made it very difficult to have a conversation. Background music should be in the background, not overwhelmingly loud. We were taking guest from Indiana and Kansas and they really enjoyed our time there. Thrilled that you are now taking reservations!!
UTiki is one of our favorite go to places for a great meal and atmosphere. Matty and the staff always go over and beyond.
The food was excellent and the service was great. The noise level was a little high. Overall i would highly recommend going.
The honey mango mahi mahi was delectable. We love this restaurant and always come here when we are in the area.
I think U-Tiki is so popular because of its location and vibe, both very fun. However, the food and service are average. We heard there was a 90-minute wait without reservations on the night we went, so they must be doing something right, but that wasn't our experience. Fish was dry, and the smoked fish dip tasted like liquid smoke had been stirred into it. The waiter seemed distracted and in a hurry, and we had to ask more than once for a couple missing items.
Good food, great service, & excellent waterfront view. One of the best Mahi sandwiches in Jupiter.
Good menu options in a terrific outdoor dining experience. Our server was great and helped describe our options from the menu. Ambient noise was moderate but we could hear everyone speaking at our table. Overall a good place to dine. But make reservations - a very popular destination!

Family was in town and we had a fantastic meal at Utiki, professional and friendly service, and a great view of the waterway! Top notch!
Furniture was well worn. I expect more out of such a location...

The place was amazing. Ambiance, the food, and service were all great. We had the Blacken Mahi and the Almondine Snapper. Even tho they were busy we still got good service.

This place is not friendly for people with food allergies. They will not make substitutions or accommodations to the menu, not even for allergies. The atmosphere was great and the service was fast just disappointing how they handle allergies.

We normally go to Singer Island, and hang out over by the restaurants but tried utiki for the first time in a while yesterday. The staff was incredibly friendly. The food was delicious and they had great music. Very nice atmosphere and will likely be going here rather than the areas in singer Island. Much better vibe, and definitely more friendly staff!
