The entire experience was disappointing. The cashier tried to assist but had a lot of difficulty taking a very basic order, items were forgotten and food came out late and was tasteless and overcooked, we discarded it rather than eat it. The store had a dripping substance from the ceiling and was not well maintained. The bathroom floors were gross. Sharing so that these things can be corrected, not to complain. The staff were not rude, confused and rushed but the experience was terrible.

Fast drive through and eat in service. Quality food at a reasonable prices. Burgers, fries, nuggets, salads, and ice cream frostees.

As Wendy’s go the food was hot fast and prepared properly. The dining room needs a facelift and the outdoor lighting is horrible. You can barely see it from the street. The staff was friendly and like all Wendy’s the prices were right.

I was trying to ask a question about the menu and the girl didn’t understand what I was saying because she barely spoke English. I asked for one thing and I got something else. I didn’t even bother going back to have them correct it because they didn’t understand what I was saying in the first place. Train your employees and have someone at the speaker that understands what the customer is saying. There’s a bunch of people with headsets on that could’ve helped out but didn’t.

This place is gross. Then entire building needs rebuilt. leaking and stained , probably moldy ceiling, broken AC , more humid in there than outside ( probably would test at 80% humidity , no exaggeration ) ...... tables were filthy , behind the counter was filthy , staff you can tell dont even want to be there and were dry/blunt in their communications , and while they are there , they certainly arent cleaning . . i hadn't been to this specific Wendy's in years , and it literally came off like they haven't maintained the place since then too . i really question the restaurants standards and practices , and id not be surprised if there were so health code violations . i'd not go back unless there is substantial , like real substantial , changes made . sorry , love Wendy's , but this one is wildly sub par.

I’ve been to a decent bit of Wendy’s all over Florida and the untied states and this has to be the worst one yet. The service was beyond awful. They didn’t even speak to us when we came to the window. Secondly the food is always cold here! Wendy’s use to be known for always having warm and fresh food at least compared to the other places but the two times we’ve gone here they’ve literally been cold to the touch. The burgers, the fries and the nuggets were so bad we threw them away. Wouldn’t have wish this experience on anyone.

This morning I stopped in this location drive thru to pick up an Uber order as well as grab me some breakfast. My total was $8.87. I gave the cashier, a gentleman $20.87. He handed me my coffee, I didn’t think about the change, after he handed me the coffee he asked me to pull forward to wait for the Uber order and my order. I received my food and left. Later on when I went to use the $12 change, I noticed I did not have the change, I also did not have the receipt. If you stop at this store and use cash, make sure you get your change, someone pocketed my $12, don’t want to see that happen to anyone else. The food was fresh and good though, but I’m short $12. Also I tried to call the restaurant, but the phone rang and the voicemail was full.
Charging that to the game, but not without this review.
