I love Bolay! This location is conveniently placed in the same plaza as my gym, so I love grabbing a bite to eat after a tense workout. The place is all clean and they even promote cleanliness with a handwashing station! The employees are so kind and ready to serve. The different options for bases, veggies and protein are so fresh and tasty, AND the bowls never leave me feeling gross or unhealthy. You get your protein here if you choose to get a bowl! Cannot recommend this place enough :)
As I Walk in to bolay Everything was Okay until i found a hair on my bowl. i kindly ask the manager Natalie Quezada A refund or if not another bowl. i didn’t even bother to make a scene n that’s i found a whole piece of hair on. my food but yet i didn’t make no choas until i ask her for a refund or if not to make me another bowl. she was talking to me in a disrespectful way for no apparent reason. i told her to pls talk to me with respect as i didn’t do nothing wrong. she still continues to talk to me wit an attitude. after that i saw her laughing with her colleagues abt the situation and over heard her saying something disrespectful about me. unfortunately she tooken this to far and needs to be fired. i have already got in contact to make a police report.
