I used to enjoy coming here, but my recent experiences have been a bit disappointing. The portion sizes seem smaller than they used to be—especially the fries. The staff also doesn’t seem as attentive or engaged as before.

I ordered a brick single and regular fries. When I got my bag it was missing the fries. The cashier tried to argue with me about it, but gave me a free order of fries. Then I get home and my burger is plain with no toppings. It was tasty, but they need to get their act together. I will not be going back.

I'm extremely disappointed with my order. I ordered from the S.W. 136th Street location $17 for a double cheeseburger that only tastes like caramelized onions (no salt or pepper) and leaves you starving. And then $5 for fries that look like a childs order. Definitely not worth the money. I feel like I would have gotten a better deal at McDonald's. And that's saying a lot because I hate McDonald's.

The french fries were cold and tasted like they were cooked yesterday. The burger's flavor wasn't bad, but the patty was a little burnt and tasted like it was cooked on a dirty grill.
