Special shoutout to Sandra, the manager, who runs the place with warmth and precision—she remembers regulars, keeps the line moving, and somehow still finds time to check in on tables. And Fabi at the register is a gem: welcoming, quick with great recommendations, and never misses a beat with custom orders. Between the friendly team and consistently good coffee, Crema makes every visit feel like a small win. Highly recommended.

I just turned my open faced breakfast sandwich back. The eggs were hardly cooked. She asked if I wanted over medium. When I get the order back I’ll tell you what they did

I have been a customer of the Dadeland location for over 2yrs about 2x - 3x a week. Never a bad experience with the staff or food. Quite the opposite, the staff and management Diana, Sandra and Matthew always go out of their way to greet and help customers. If you want a budget meal with subpar taste then this is not the place for you. Food at CREMA Gourmet is always quality fresh and portions are generous. Luv… Love the coffee. Great vibe any day or time.
Respectfully, please think carefully before leaving a poor review because of a mishap with a utensil or some other nonsense. Staff works very hard to fulfill each order and while English may not be the first language for some of them, they ALL speak English or make an effort to do so.

I paid $70 for two cappuccino’s and two very small (overpriced) meals and an obligatory service charge. Everything was worse than it should have been.

Food was subpar. Service could be better. Lack of flavor also stale pastries from window. I don’t mind eating the scraps to not waste food but for the price it’s not worth it. If you make a change I’ll remove my review. I’ll be back…

The service: not so good (if you want something, you have to go to the bar to order it; if you want something else, you have to get up again and ask at the bar. Your used plates will be in front of you until you get up and go to the bar to order something else. When you order, you take a number to your table and wait.
I think I'm spoiled, but I love being served when I go out for breakfast somewhere, having someone come to my table and take my orders.
What would have been a special breakfast in a beautiful and new place became a bit strange.

Been to this location several times and each time it continues to amaze me. Came once for lunch and once for dinner. The product is consistent and absolutely delicious. I’ve had the chicken Caesar salad here, the prosciutto sandwich, and the salmon salad. They have all been excellent in terms of taste, serving size, and even presentation. Took a friend here the other day and they had the beet salad with chicken and they truly enjoyed it. We also shared a dulce de leche slice of cheese cake that was okay. Not worth the calories. I will definitely come back and would like to try their breakfast. I also love the way the inside is set up and how there are options of inside or outside seating. Seems like a great place to get some work done. Highly recommend this place.
