I have tried to find the secret to how Michelin-starred and Michelin-recommended restaurants get picked, all to no avail. I have reviewed some outstanding places and some hellholes. Thankfully, Ghee Indian Kitchen falls into the first category. In fact, I would place Ghee Indian Restaurant right behind Bacan as the all-time greatest Michelin restaurant yet to be sampled by BBDO.
