Food takes so long and staff is rude they act like one is bothering them!! Food is okay Miami has better Nicaraguan food in various parts. We came thinking it was convenient for us while we shopped the stores around.

Food was good, however service was terrible. I was approached by the server Orlando and he just asked what do you want to order. No introduction, not a question to see if I had any questions, just straight to it. The food was brought within a descent time and not once did he ask how was it nor did we need refills. I asked him for salt and never brought it, where I had to ask someone else for it. Then we were done with our food and I had to go out my way to ask for the check to another service as he was not attending to our table. Once I got the check I saw gratuity was included and I questioned it. The response was that even for two people gratuity was included and not the discretion of the guest. It's a shame that even though the food can be good the service can really deter guest from coming back.

My friends and family have been coming here for years. I worked at a retail store nearby and would come here for lunch and the service and food have always been amazing. I recently came with my family and the place was packed on a Saturday afternoon however we were quickly seated. We ordered the baby churrasco which is a must here and the soup of the day. I unfortunately didn't take a picture of the other plates but please order the churrasco and end it with a cortadito. Perfect ending to a busy morning :) Completely forgot to add that the waitress was amazing and attentive even with how busy things were.

Worst experience, the first time I came to this place food was ok but the down side was plátano maduro it was not cooked properly. I gave it a second chance today and asked the waiter to please fry the plantain cut so it will cook through the inside, she said that it wasn’t possible. The restaurant was not even packed and I was surprised since other nicer restaurants always try to make the customers have a nice experience. Too bad to have to add this restaurant in my do not go list!!!!!
