Food and staff is amazing but is pretty pricey.

Horrible experience here. Was attended by the Manager Eliza who gave me my food cold. When I told her it was cold she didn’t even apologize just pointed at some other guy to reheat my food. Probably not coming here again. Horrible customer service. Absolutely no effort. What a great example to show for the other two employees working at the time.

I have made a order from Dadelan mall in miami and it más terrible It was the worth pasta that I have never eat...only pasta and oil..I have order it with zucchini. and roasted peppers but it comes with nothing...I know Spoleto from Colombia and they have a very superior quality

After dining at this establishment for the first time this evening I was both impressed with the flavor of the food and how helpful the team serving my family was. The young lady who took our orders explained to us the way in which the ordering process worked and suggested a great dish for my daughter in law who is vegetarian. We watched as our dishes were prepared as the chef flipped our pastas without dropping a single morsel. However unfortunately, shortly thereafter I witnessed another customer in a very distasteful manner complain about his food being cold, and giving the young lady taking orders a very hard time as she offered to have his food reheated. The very most recent review by Mr. Javier as a matter of fact. You should be ashamed of yourself sir for coming into any establishment and behaving in this manner. As for the team continue the amazing work! I most certainly will be back for more of that spicy rose!
