The staff were polite, but the service was unacceptable. An older lady who works on Saturday took the Starbucks cup I brought from home and added a plastic cup inside because there was no other way for her to let the other barista making my drink what I ordered. The whole point of bringing a reusable Starbucks cup is sustainability, but if you “have to” waste a plastic cup just to write the order for the other barista it defeats the purpose. At all other Starbucks locations they have a sticker they put on the cup with the order. Additionally, the young lady who also works on Saturdays always forgot my sandwich. I had to go up every time and remind them I ordered a sandwich and then they would make it. It seems there is a serious communication problem at this location between the person taking orders and the barista making them. These things are basic customer service aspects currently lacking.

The barista named Carlos filled my venti matcha frap to the top black line and said it was full. I work at Starbucks and never in my life would I hand a half filled cup to a customer saying it's filled and also argued about it as well. The whip doesn't fill up half a cup. He also stated he'd remake it but he just put two drops of what reminded in the blender into the cup in front of me... horrible service. I would never treat a customer the way he treated me. Hope he gets coached for this.

Just had to give a shout out to the great staff here. I came in this week on Tuesday and needed to order a Growler for 10 people. The team was great, even though they clearly don't get many orders for those. I told them I'd be back for the next 2 days as well, and they made sure to have them ready each morning. Friendly \\u0026 helpful!!
