Iberia pork ribs, bought them yesterday slow cooked them on the Traeger and they were disgusting! Meat tastes old AF! Hard high hopes but they need to inventory and or sample to make sure they’re selling fresher cuts of meat!

I have driven by this place so many times, finally I walked in to check out. Wild Fork Foods has a wide selection of quality chicken, meat, seafood and specialty meats that I have not seen before including; venison, duck, pheasant, bison, elk, ostrich, capon, quail, rabbit, kangaroo, goat, alligator, geese, lamb and many other species of meats. However, everything is frozen. I feel that once you thaw frozen meat, it loses its flavor. I would like to see the most common meats like steaks and chicken served fresh and not frozen.They have a good concept going on here featuring meats that other local grocery stores don’t carry and they also offer shipping.I didn’t buy anything since I was looking for fresh steaks. But, I may try them out in the future.021524

Great variety of wild game meats . We purchased venison, quail, rabbit, elk. It depends on time of day as what they have as it sells out quick. Thecheckout person said you can join the club and have delivery anywhere in USA for very reasonable price. The meat we purchased tasted fabulous ?

Everything is excellent except for the attention of a Colombian woman there, which seems very strange to me because Colombians, like Venezuelans, are very friendly, but the truth is that I lost the desire to return there just because of her aptitude, what a shame for such a good store have this type of employees
