I have driven by this place so many times, finally I walked in to check out. Wild Fork Foods has a wide selection of quality chicken, meat, seafood and specialty meats that I have not seen before including; venison, duck, pheasant, bison, elk, ostrich, capon, quail, rabbit, kangaroo, goat, alligator, geese, lamb and many other species of meats. However, everything is frozen. I feel that once you thaw frozen meat, it loses its flavor. I would like to see the most common meats like...
